Complete new roof was done in one day. Outstanding job! Super hard working men, very polite, cleaned everything and highly recommend them.

Freed Construction just removed and replaced our shingles. They had a crew of 6 or 7 guys working. They all worked very efficient and got it done in 1 1/2 days. Very happy with the job they did.

They removed several layers of shingles off an old steep roof. Very fast, large crew, and best pricing. Our chimney needed to be sealed a little better and they came back and fixed it. I appreciate that they stand by their work.

When my insurance company determined I needed a new roof, skylights, siding, and gutters after a hail storm, I made one call - and that was to Freed Construction. The next day Max Klein came to my home to survey the damages and the process started. Max took care of all correspondences with my insurance company, and I deeply appreciated that. The personal and professional service and attention shown by Freed Construction was top-notch, especially Max and Kim in the office, Jacob and his roofing team, Adam and his siding team, and Michael and his "gutter guys" team. I highly recommend Freed Construction!

Freed did my new roof recently. It was a smooth process from start to finish and everybody I dealt with was very pleasant and professional.

I cannot say enough great things about our HOA's experience with Freed Construction. Our entire property needed all new roofs, gutters, and downspouts due to storm damage. Six duplexes, three 12-plexes, and three 12-plex garages...12 large buildings in total. Max and the rest of his team followed thru on what they said they were going to do, were quick to respond to any and all of our board's inquiries, and stood by all the work done on our property, without exception. This was a big job from initial quote to completion and all 48 of our community's owners could not be more pleased with the results. So to Max, Tommy, Vic, Kim and the rest of the Freed Construction crew...THANK YOU!

To say I was overly impressed would be an understatement in how professional and hardworking everyone there is. Everyone from the office staff excitedly scheduling the job to the crew getting it all done in a single day. I would definitely recommend them. There is a reason so many people in my neighborhood are going with them for their roof replacements. 12/10 rating for sure.

We used Max and his crew for 3 roofs and would highly recommend them for a professional job from start to finish. They are top notch in customer service and will take care of you beyond the day they put your roof on. And thats about all it takes for that crew as they are there and gone before you know it.

Freed Construction is the best! When we first asked if they would consider reshingling our roof, they came over the next day with info and to see what we exactly needed. They always kept in contact and responded to questions and concerns immediately whether it was via phone calls, text or email. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a leak in our roof ( not their roof work) and they came right away to find the problem and to repair it, and did a great job. Very pleasant to work with and a great value! Great to have them in the community! I highly recommend!

Our condo association chose Freed Construction to replace our roof which had been destroyed by wind damage.
The construction professional who came out to talk to us about the project was knowledgeable and polite and answered all our questions.
The work was done promptly with as little interference in our daily life as possible and the lawn was cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. It was amazing how quickly they did the job.
Wonderful company to work with and we didn’t hesitate to hire them again when, after a few years, the wind tore through our neighborhood again.

Brian was exceptionally easy to work with over the phone! He returned my phone call right away and sent a crew out to address our roof concern in a timely manner. The men that came were very friendly, professional, and considerate. They took their shoes off before they came in the house and even gave our golden retriever some attention :-) They worked efficiently and Brian even called me before any work was done to let me know an estimate of what it would cost. In the past we have had troubles with local contractors showing up. No disappointment here and if we should ever need anything else in the future we will definitely call Freed Construction first!

I called about a job I had and left a message for them to call me back. 3 days pass and no follow-up call. So I call again and get someone this time. I'm told "sure, we'd be happy to look at that. I'll be out on Monday afternoon to take a look.". Monday came and went with no follow-up. Not even a phone call. You know...if you're that busy you can just say "sorry, we're booked up until such-and-such date and we couldn't get to your job until then. If you can wait until then we'd be happy to serve you, otherwise I might recommend so-and-so to help you out." That's the kind of honest business behavior that I respect and earns my trust. I would consider this type of business for future work. When you simply ignore a potential customer then I see your business as an unprofessional operation and will not look to you in the future.

In response to Brian Freed's response... I have not seen any indication where you have tried to contact me. I screen my calls from unknown numbers but I check every voicemail and I have not had one from you. If you would like to discuss this directly feel free to get in touch with me but I see trying to contact your office as a waste of my time after my previous experience. I prefer to support local businesses as much as I possibly can but I have had my fill of being given the run-around by too many lately.

Follow up...Mr Freed reached out to me in a manner that makes me think he is truly sincere in his apology regarding the issues above. I believe he truly cares about his business and its reputation so I'll modify my rating to neutral and hopefully others have a better experience that will demonstrate that he has fixed the issues in his office.
