Very very professional in there work, extra cautious on keeping things clean, very prompt, and they act if it is there own personal property,the whole staff from beginning to end deserve A+.

It was a restoration job from a water leak. New subfloor and flooring in the pantry/laundry room, kitchen and dinning room. New countertops. Great job, the workers were very excellent and professional. I am very happy with the results.

BUYER BEWARE!! No stars should be an option. Worst contractor on the planet. Our Insurance Company referred these clowns. They cut every corner possible until I literally threw them out of our home. Replaced our real hardwood with cheap crap that's now peeling off the floor but billed our insurance for top quality product. They failed to identify further water damage. They lied. They argued. They treated us like we weren't the voice of the project because it was an insurance claim. The capper, after I threw them out of our home, they tried to bill US, the HOMEOWNER, for $10,000. We have a $1000 deductible. This was 2017 and how these criminals are still in business has got to be a joke. Our house is still in shambles. This was insurance fraud like nothing I've ever seen.

France and Company are the best company to get when you have water damage to your house. Jose did an awesome job. Everyone from the project manager to the workers were courteous respectful and fun to be around Jose did a beautiful job on my kitchen. Thank you so very much.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We had a broken pipe. Within 20 minutes of calling we had a supervisor on the premises and within 30 minutes a full work crew. Very easy to reach. Very up front about costs and super helpful. They did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t wish a leak on anyone but definitely call this company if you need help.

Everyone I worked with or talked to at France & Co in Wenatchee were always friendly, competent and responsive. They did an excellent job and especially working with my homeowners insurance company. They were able to assist me in mitigating damages and understanding the process. Their level of competency, knowledge, and experience was superior. Everyone who came to my house was friendly and professional. I had heard good reviews from friends before I actually needed them. I am so grateful that they lived up to those reviews. I hope I will not need them again as a result of damage to my home, of course, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called France and company for what I thought was a small water leak, and it Turned out to be huge! Every single person that they sent to my home was kind and actually (dare I say it?) happy! They must really vet their crews for positive, can-do people. Also, I had the sense that I was working with people of honesty and integrity, and it makes me hope I have another leak in the not too distant future :-). Just kidding, but seriously, if I had to go through it again, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you to Randy and the whole crew.

Van Well Nursery, Inc., needed the carpet in our office replaced after the faucet in our janitor room broke and flooded the back half of the business. Matt and his team had to move all our computers, desks, file cabinets and office furniture. They worked around our schedule to keep the office open. They did a beautiful job with the carpet and the flooring in the bathroom. They fixed the subfloor issues from the flood as well. We were up and running in no time. Oh, and they did all this work during December, working around our holiday schedule. The crew was courteous and professional and Matt was checking almost daily to make sure the work was moving along. France and Co. has been great to work with. They were responsive to all of my phone calls and emails, were quick to get me onto their schedule, and provided professional and great work. Will plan on using them again in the future!
