This is the second roof Four Seasons has installed on my home. The first was 25 years ago. The crew does a great job roofing. The finished product is what I expected. Cleanup was great as usual. The only issue I had was the language barrier. Trying to communicate was pretty stressful at times. Vance, the project manager was the saving grace. He was always available to bridge the gap and make sure things were done to my expectations. This is the second big project I have had done recently where there was a language barrier. The lesson I learned was, in the future I will insist that there always be at least one person on site at all times that speaks and understands English. Thank you for a job well done.

Four Seasons did a wonderful job with our new garage roof. It was well overdue and even though it cost more than the original quote, they were up front on the change order and had pictures to show why the ply wood underneath needed to be replaced. Finished everything in one day as well!

The team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My roof had serious issues with the trusses and the team fixed them in a expert manner. They provided a written estimate for the change order, with no surprises. They also coordinated with the Solar panel team. I love the way the roof looks and know that it will last a long time.

After the Bomb Cyclone in November I reached out to Four Seasoms Roofing and found Travis. Not only did Four Seasons fix the roof, the team repaired the damaged bedroom and siding. Interior and exterior, these guys did a stellar job! Constructing, repairing walls, painting, roofing, skylights, carpeting...not to mention remediation of the damages caused by the tree falling on the house. Ed's carpentry skills and unbelievable stamina and strength worked through the bitter cold of February. His counterpoint Henry turned a disaster back into a beautiful bedroom. The quality and professionalism of Four Seaaons Roofing is what we all want and expect. 5 stars from the initial phone call to the final bill. (Yes, they even worked with us through insurance issues). If your home is damaged, you want to call Travis. He is my current hero!

Our house was way past due for a roof replacement with a combination of a pitch roof, flat roof and gutters needed. After getting several bids for work I went with Four Seasons because they provided a combination of detailed information along with options for me to chose from. Four Seasons bid was the most complete and inclusive to solve our problems.

There were challenges along the way including finding a second layer of shingles to remove, having rotted support beams in our carport and not having proper sheathing on our pitched roof. Four Seasons handled these challenges professionally and informed of all the issues as they were discovered. I am happy with the results of all the work and I am glad to have partnered with a company like Four Seasons and would highly recommend them to others looking for a roofer.

My problem was when the estimators came to to see my roof that was leaking he told me that it was my roof from around the chimney and that was what they "fixed" but in less than a year when the rainy season started again the same spot in my roof leaked again and when I call them about it the communicated with by text and send someone out again to tell that it was my chimney this time and referred me to another company that does that for them but I had to pay for their mistakes or they could get rid of my chimney and for extra cost when I already pay more than $3000 to fix it less than a year before and when I shared my descontent they left to send another technician that never came so please don't hire this company

Four Seasons a good job patching my roof leak. They showed right on time, worked hard to make sure the job was completed including a very complete and spotless cleanup. The price was a little less than was expected. Thanks Four Seasons.

I have Four Seasons repair one roof and replace two other roofs, they repaired and replaced the siding on two homes for me . The workmanship was extremely good, we also had my brother and mother roofs replaced by Four Seasons Roofing they are a excellent company.

Really happy with my roof replacement from Four Seasons! I worked with Marc who came by, looked at my roof, and gave us a quote. He was very easy to work with, and made sure all our questions were answered, even a few tougher ones I emailed after the initial meeting. We were able to get scheduled for a few weeks later, and the crew came by and did the entire roof in a single day, even though the initial estimate was 2-2.5 days! They also did a great job afterwards using some very large magnets to pick up all the nails that had fallen down, which I was a bit worried about since we have small dogs. The roof looks great, and I'd definitely recommend them!

Four Seasons kept me informed while they were dealing with our condo association in order to fix my old leaky skylight. They were polite and professional, my new skylight is beautiful, and I'm delighted with the results.

We bought a home with a roof that had been put on by Four Seasons. Three years into our ownership, we noticed three or four small leaks. Fours seasons came out and inspected the leaks. They determined one was caused when someone else installed a new heating system. The others were their work and it was under warranty. They repaired all the leaks, charging us only for the one leak caused by another party. The total bill came to just over $300. Prior to checking to see if the warranty really transferred, we checked with another roofer (who we knew to do good work). He told us he couldn't begin to touch this job for at least $3,000, probably more. I'm so thankful they honored a warranty that transferred to new owners!

These folks are awesome. We stumbled onto them when we had a leaky old roof a few years back. We called a bunch of places and Four seasons was able to get out the quickest, they immediately came out, evaluated the problems and tarped our roof to stop the leaks. THEN, we talked options, advice, solutions, etc. From repairs to replacement. They ended up doing an amazing job installing our new roof. If ive ever had a question or concern they are friendly and helpful on the phone and have always been responsive.

Since then, theyve cutout and installed skylights (in and out in one day!! - the most seemless and coordinated part of a kitchen remodel), installed new gutters, performed roof and gutter cleanings, installed gutter guards, and most recently rerouted an old downspout.

When i need something about the roof or even somewhat related I dont hesitate at all, I just call Four seasons. They have a ton of experience and have always had good ideas, helping us think about both function and aeshtetics too.

Four Seasons has helped me over the years with some minor roof repairs and then a full roof and gutter replacement when it was needed. I can honestly say that Travis and the entire team are amazing to work with. They truly care about their customers and it shows through the quality of work and communication to provide exactly what the customer wants and to be sure there are no surprises. Their pricing is quite reasonable, as well. I’ve recommended Four Seasons to several friends and neighbors who have all echoed my personal experience with them.

Terrific roofing team - completed a roof extension and gutter replacement on my home - I am so happy with the results. Work, timeline and craftsmen ship was beyond what I expected. Travis and team really delivered and I am grateful to be heading in to winter with a roofing/gutter system that works very well.

All-and-all a pretty good experience:

- Out of 4 quotes, their process was the most comprehensive without being obnoxious. A bit assertive without being aggressive.
- Pricing was on the high side, but they were willing to work with us to negotiate something more favorable based on our other bids.
- Communication was good and on-site crews were easy to work with as a few small requests (e.g. turn off furnace, open/close garage, access to power) needed to be handled.

The part that could have been better to earn a solid 5 stars: clean-up. They did daily sweeps, but they weren't particularly comprehensive and didn't seem to bother checking my neighbor's yard. I had to do my own clean-up afterwards to pick up a fair number of stray nails, small (bit below palm size) metal shrapnel, pieces of shingle, plastic strips, and a few blown-away shingle bags. Definitely enough to cause concern for our car tires and dog's feet.

The crew did a great job! We needed repairs to our roof from wind damage and decided to replace it with a more durable product. We expected the job to take longer but the job was done in one day. It took the previous roofer three days. We're very happy and will use them again.

The entire roofing crew were always polite and cheerful. We were amazed at how hard they worked and got the job done so quickly. The crew always took the time to clean up every evening before they left. This was a big job and they did such an awesome job! The roof looks beautiful! Four Seasons installed a roof on our first home over 20 years ago. We were so pleased with Travis and Four Seasons back then there was no doubt to have them replace the roof on our second home. Roofers and company were very professional and did a really good job. Their estimate came in avg or low range, however, they were very responsive, good at pointing out issues, and also fixed my little chimney roof too. The roofers were very professional, showed me newly discovered issues with roof after tear off, fixed all issues with good quality. Fixed my chimney roof, and replaced all the rotten wood. Cleaned up very well and even moved my garbage can to the road. All in all, I'm happy with my new roof, the quality of the work, and the price.

The crew that came out to install a new roof on my house was extremely professional and courteous. My new roof looks amazing and couldn’t be happier. Money well spent!

New roof completed on house and detached shop. Took 2 weeks including tear-off and new raingutters. 5 star, we are extremely pleased with our new roof. We wanted our 8 year old asphalt shingle roof and gutters cleaned, which had not been done since the roof was installed. Kevin from Four Seasons did an outstanding job getting the moss off the roof and cleaning it and the house as well as placing moss prevention on the roof. He cleaned up everything as well. Super job!

I have had nothing but good luck working with Four Seasons. I am a GC and have been using no one other than Four Seasons for a few years and have been very happy. I recommend them to friends and other people that need roof work and they have never let me down. The entire team is great to work with, I highly recommend them.

We had leaks around the chimney on the outdoor fireplace. While these leaks were not huge, they certainly were annoying and soon the entire hearth and mantle would become lakes! I found Four Seasons online and called them. An appointment was made for the next day and Travis came out to see what our problem was. He was extremely easy to work with and the estimate was very reasonable. A few weeks passed (Travis explained they were busy and I have no reason to doubt that) when the Four Seasons office called and scheduled the repair. Julio was the man who repaired the roofing around the chimney and it looks excellent! The work is top notch and was done quickly but not too quickly if you know what I mean. Everything was cleaned up and Julio even helped my husband fold our tarp that we had draped over the leaky area. I cannot recommend Four Seasons Roofing enough! From the ladies in the front office to Travis to Julio everyone has been friendly and extremely professional. My husband are I are VERY happy with them!
