I was very happy with David's service he explains what he is going to do and after that he shows you what he has done. Cleans his area i was very satisfied.

I wanted my window screens re-screened due to some minor wear and tear. David was great!
He was on time. Put shoe covers on before stepping onto my carpet. He came prepared with the needed tools. Very professional, personable and reasonably priced and completed tasks in a timely manner. One of the screens turned out to be more difficult than expected- not due to David’s skills but he went the extra mile so to speak in his efforts. Needless to say,

Great experience with David, he put in a doggy door for us. He did a great job. Very communicative and responsive. Did excellent work, very professional, showed up on time, and got the work done quickly.

David arrived exactly on time and did a great diagnostics to find and resolve our problems. He is a very good listener and very good at explaining in detail what is going on. He also made some very good suggestions about how to explain the manufacturing problems with the two expensive shower filtration systems we purchased.

Dave was great! He went above and beyond and took care of many unresolved issues in our home. We will be requesting his services again in the future.

Installed a ceiling fan and did some other mounting and loose ends. Was responsive and on time, which is hard to find. Did a great job and will hire again for sure.

David was very communicative, friendly and reasonable. He was flexible with his timing and went out of his way to help us with a small plumbing emergency.

We used his help to install a new kitchen faucet and sprayer, and he did an excellent job. He went out of his way to clean the existing sink area from old residue and made it look like new.

We plan to call upon him again for a little list of tasks we have at our home.

I met Dave from ForthRight Properties Services at a friends house working on an electrical problem. I mentioned I had a few home repair projects that we’re reaching a 10 on the spousal unit reminder meter. Rather than jump at the opportunity to book some easy business, he thoughtfully asked questions about the projects, why I was doing them and my expectation of the desired outcome. He openly admitted he was not proficient in everything, but there were a couple he could easily handle. A few weeks later I texted him, he responded within an hour, we talked through the required work and within minutes had sent me a contract using electronic signature. Quick, professional and painless. On the day of the job, he sent a friendly reminder of his time of arrival and arrived a few minutes early. After he finished the work I asked if he had a second to look at a broken window. He did, and ended up fixing the window. He cleaned up his original work area and provided me a bill with no up-charge for fixing the window (replaced a broken hinge on a bay window). You just don’t get personalized service like this anymore. Dave is now on Speed Dial for my next home repair project!

Working with David was an outstanding experience! He communicated and asked good questions when booking and came on time, prepared with everything he needed to do an excellent job. His speed of work and attention to detail (caulking around the hooks he was installing into my siding to make sure it was sealed) was something I wouldn’t have thought of. He is a rare find. After four….yes FOUR horrible experiences with different handymen. I had almost given up on finding a hardworking, detailed and experienced handyman. 5 stars all the way!

Highly recommend David ! Not only is he trustworthy he was easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable and professional. I really needed someone who could do some honey do list things around the house! I really appreciated his attention to detail and helpfulness . Also truly appreciated the cleanliness.
