the replacement of our roof over a year of wrestling with our insurance was one of the only things we didn't' have to worry about in 2020. This was our second re-roofing that we've undertaken due to storm damage and now, 9 months later we've had no issues and no nails in our feet from the lawn!

Had them put a lead pipe boot on for me. They did it timely, with great customer service, and a job well done!

We had them install a new roof in 2015 at a cost of almost $17,000. That same year we had standing water on the porch roof. They came back and supposedly fixed the problem. We now have soffit and sub fascia that is rotted. Upon inspection I found upside down shingles under the drip edge in the area where the standing water was. Also the sheathing in that area does not extend all the way to the end of the rafters and the gap is spanned by the drip edge and upside down shingles. I contacted one of the owners, he said that since it was past there three year craftsmanship warranty they would not repair it unless we paid for it. I sent him photos of the problems. He basically said I did not know what I was talking about and that since it is a low pitch roof it should not be asphalt shingles. That was never brought up during the initial installation. The last thing he said was that he was sorry we have different opinions.

My house was one of many that received hail damage from the Memorial Day storm of 2019. My insurance agent gave me Brandon’s number, and I’ve very glad they did.

From day one through the whole process, he was very personable, prompt, and professional. When it came to his inspection and estimate, he was very thorough. I really appreciate how he took the time going through the estimate with us, explaining the process and answer all of our questions.

When the work started, the crew did quality work, and was quick and detailed on the clean up. I had a few areas I question, and Brandon happily met with me to discuss and give his final inspection as well. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job, which after a few nit-pick fixes, I was. He even switched out some down spots for us, since we noticed the original ones were white instead of blue, and did it with no charge to us.

Honestly, I was a little fearful of how this process was going to go, but I don’t think it could have gone better. I am definitely recommending Brandon and the people at Absolute Roofing to anyone who needs roof, siding, or gutter repair!

Very honest and professional business. Nick, Paul and the whole staff were absolutely the best while making repairs after a large hail job. These folks take care of everything from working with the insurance company to managing the necessary sub contractors. The best contractor I've had the pleasure to work with. Paul was amazing to work with. Came out multiple times to scope out what needed to be done on my property (including meeting with the adjuster and multiple contractors). Got the job done early, and with no issues. Easy to work with, communicated well, and has a great support team to back him up. Received exceptional service with Absolute Roofing! I called for an assessment for possible roof damage after a hail storm. They were able to get me scheduled ASAP. Nick Woodard came out on a Saturday. After checking the roof, he explained there was no damage, but the gutters needed to be cleaned. Nick said he had extra time before his next appointment so he offered to clean out gutters while he was here. I was honestly taken aback by the offer. I had multiple roofing companies come out for assessments before Absolute and they all required me to schedule another appointment if I wanted to get the gutters cleaned. Talk about going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service. Without a doubt, I will be a returning customer!

Paul and the team at Absolute were awesome to work with, and have covered every detail of our claim. Hail caused roof, window, gutter, and siding damage to our home. Absolute worked with our adjuster, and various sub contractors to complete the work to our expectations. They were patient with our questions/concerns, and worked with us to get our home back in great condition in wonderful timing. Definitely recommend these guys and will call them next time Nebraska weather gives us an issue!

I can’t recommend Absolute Roofing enough! We found out that we had some major roofing issues that needed fixing when I was about 32 weeks pregnant and being watched for early labor. The repairs couldn’t wait until spring because the damage affected the structural integrity of our roof, and so we needed the repairs done ASAP. Absolute Roofing did all they could to squeeze our roof into their schedule, and they were able to get the work done within the next week. If there's a better roofing company out there... I don't know who they are! Absolute Roofing helped me with the claims adjuster and helped secure $15,000 that I would have missed out on! The roofers did a dynamite job, there was oversight from the foreman every day, making sure I was happy. They even upgraded my gutters for FREE! It just doesn't get any better than this kind of service. Mike checked in with me all the time to make sure they were getting everything exactly right. Thanks guys!

Paul Cain was marvelous. The insurance company did not want
to provide us a new roof an old hail damage shake roof. Between
his hard work and my attorney the insurance company agreed to a new
roof. Paul's tenacity was in my opinion the difference.
I was overjoyed with their professional conduct in replacing our old
gutters and shakes. The new roof is great. Having dealt with contractors
before it was a pleasant surprise.

Quality of work was exceptional. Communication needed improvement though. My wife and I and the insurance company had a hard time getting follow through from Absolute which made squaring away the paperwork difficult.

I would trust Hillary Clinton at a truth telling contest before I would trust this company. Horrible experience. If you want to pay for work that doesn't get done call them. They agreed to work for $2900 the charged me over $5000 and didn't do all the work. Then they called me and told me they were going to put a lien on my house. They left new nails on my driveway and on my deck. Do not use.
