Having your basement flooded is never fun. The first company that came out to review the damage weren’t great. It was intense situation where they wouldn’t give a quote and wanted to start immediately.

I took a breath and called my insurance agent, who recommended Forefront!! From that point on everything was easy. They took care of the insurance claim and dealing with that whole process with patients. Thanks Hunter you are the best! Then on to the remodel. They finished quickly and professionally. Before the walkthrough, Zach noticed the carpet installers slightly damaged a closet door on the side no one would see and had it promptly fixed. Thanks Zach, pretty sure I would have never noticed. Shout out to Jen in finance who updated the payment type so I could get my credit card points and answered any questions.

We had a colossal drain backup in our basement and Forefront came to the rescue immediately. Philippe worked so hard and was so professional the entire day. He cleaned up such a horrific mess and did it with a genuine smile on his face. When the rest of the team arrived, they were proficient, friendly and knew exactly what to do to mitigate the damage. We are so grateful for their hard work in helping us restore our home.

If you are looking for a roofing team, don't waste any more time looking anywhere else - this is the team you need. We have worked with our share of contractors and by far Forefront Building has been the best experience we could have asked for. Their entire team was friendly and knowledgable. Their level of communication surpassed our expectations. Pricing was competitive and the job was done quickly, competently and beautifully.

We hired Forefront to do the mediation of the water damage done to our house. They did a great job in the mediation, were punctual and friendly. We also hired Forefront to do the reconstruction and that is a different story. It has been almost a month since the mediation was done and still nothing done on the reconstruction. Our house is in disarray and we cant use our washer and dryer. I have tried calling everybody involved and no answer. I have left messages no return calls. It seems as after you received the initial payment which we sent immediately you are in no hurry to start this project much less finish it.

Victoria and Javier were amazing! We had multiple issues and complications (none of which they had any control over or was their fault) and they advocated for us impeccably. They made sure the job was done well and communicated with us throughout the process. Victoria is the type of point person one ALWAYS hopes to have in their corner when dealing with any project. She was quick to communicate with us, transparent, and was a great advocate. Would absolutely work with Forefront again and cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Javier!

The remediation team (Josh, Charles, and Vanessa) were on time, professional and polite. They wore shoe covers during the entire process and were very careful to return my house to good order (baby gates and all) as if they were never here. This was my first time working with Forefront and it was a positive experience!

Forefront has been nothing short of great throughout the entire mitigation process. I had a large leak in my kitchen and they have been extremely responsive and timely every step of the way, as well as worked directly with insurance as to take even more off of my plate during a stressful time. Mark, Zach, Hunter, Jefferson, and team did a great job with my water damage mitigation and restoration. They were referred to me by my home owners insurance agent and I would use them again. They worked well with my insurance company. The team worked hard to make sure all issues were addressed and all work was up to spec. Communication was very good throughout the process. I’d use them again.

Zach and his team were so kind!! Not only were they excellent people, they got the job done quickly and efficiently! Our original estimate was 8 days and they managed to get it done in 3!! 1000/10 would recommend them for any home or property company to use!

Forefront did the removal of mold and a rebuild of two bathrooms. Zach Sargent was the supervisor on the job. He and his staff were friendly and got the job done ahead of time. Zach and his staff were friendly, but professional. I would highly recommend Forefront to others.

I had a leak in my sink that caused significant water damage, and the restoration team was amazing from start to finish. They arrived the same day to assess the moisture levels and worked with me to create a cost-effective plan. They delivered and set up fans and a dehumidifier immediately, and the drying process only took two days! Throughout the process, they were professional, clean, and incredibly kind. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with water damage.

Forefront came highly recommended by our insurance agent, and I can certainly understand why. On the mitigation side of the business, Brandon and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Great communication through the entire process and the job was completed on-time. Timely and efficient service when our sewer system decided to fill our basement bathroom with its disgusting contents. They came within hours of my first call, and the next day for another shower full. They then spent several days drying the bathroom. Thank you very much!

Very easy and enjoyable to work with. Did not stop until I was satisfied with the work. Many of the guys that did the actual work spoke Portuguese. Mostly not a problem as their bosses spoke English. Jefferson was a real treat to work with!

Forefront Building & Restoration did a great job for Woodlake Construction Management. We had a commercial property needing asbestos abatement and the Forefront team was great to work with. Good communication and good work- would work with them again.

I would advise you read every single line of any contract. Ask lots of questions and get clarification of what work will or won’t be completed and quality of what will be done. The roofers were amazing. They completely tore the old asphalt shingle roof off and installed the new one all in one day and did a great job cleaning up the old roofing materials that was removed. New rain gutters were installed the next day.

I had hail damage on my house. They fixed my roof ,gutters and windows. I had siding hail damage too. I brought all details to their attention. They are acting like insurance company. Instead of fighting with the insurance to fix my damages they are telling me that the damages are wear and tear. Their contractors are doing sloppy job. The window guys cut my pre wired alarm cables to make the window fit. I do not know who did it, one of the their contractor gave damage to my bricks on my raised bed in front of my porch. It looks like it was hammered or they dropped something heavy on it. We all work hard to put things together.

Forefront Building and Restoration did an excellent job stretching our carpet after the original carpet company’s installation left huge wrinkles in every room! They sent out two very knowledgeable fellows to assess the challenges their crew would incur and quote us a price that included moving some furniture. They were so accommodating with our schedules and the day the 2 man crew came out, they worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner! There were a couple of small concerns but Rick, one of their project managers, came out to inspect the work and then returned the next business day first thing to resolve them to our great satisfaction. Kelly was my constant contact over the phone, who tirelessly answered our questions and made the whole process seamless. Forefront desires their clients/ customers to have a positive experience and outcome and they did not disappoint! I recommend these guys for all your flooring needs!

Forefront did a great job with both our mitigation and reconstruct. Breck and his crew got our place put back together looking like nothing ever happened. Will definitely use them again if needed!

We can not say enough about Forefront Building & Restoration. From the hail storm we had major damage on our roof.
From start to finish Nick, Eric and Ben were professional and friendly. They made sure our questions were answered at all times. We were informed about what needed to be done, explained the process and helped us with insurance process. We know the right choice was made seeing the finished product. This company has an incredible and hardworking team. They were able to replace our Roof in one day. The property was cleaned and inspected by Nick.
We will recommend them to anyone looking to repair and improve.

UPDATE 11/14/2024
I have updated my review based on recent events. The issue with the Lien placed on our home has been resolved after over a month of waiting. The attention to resolving it did not become urgent until I gave my review of 1 star. After that review, several people from Team K/Forefront regularly called us. I wish this attention had been given when we first encountered this issue in early September.   I would also like to give a huge thank you to my insurance agent, Leonie Hanlan of the Leonie Hanlan Agency, as she was also crucial in getting this resolved as she regularly called the Company that placed a lien on our property, regularly kept in contact with us to provide us updates, and pressured the Representative of the Company to cancel the fraudulent Lien and send us the paperwork showing the Lien was canceled. After we received a copy of the paperwork from Leonie, Team K/Forefront reached out to see if the paperwork had been received.
My initial review of this Company was 5 Stars; after the diabolical with the Lien, I changed it to 1 Star as we felt this shouldn’t have ever happened. We should not have been involved with payments not being made to a contracting company we did not contract with. We honored our agreements and payments (on time) to the Company we contracted with. I have since changed my review to 3 stars as we genuinely appreciate working with Patrick Rios and his work in planning and replacing our roof. Working with the Accounting team was not as pleasant, and that is our experience.

Original Review:
We hired Team K/Forefront n May 2024 to replace our roof. Roofing inventory and material were delivered on 05/02/2024, and the Deposit was paid on 05/04/2024. The roof was completely installed by late May, and the final payment was made to Forefront in 05/30/2024. (Our initial review was 5 stars, which we are rescinding. )

On 08/30/2024, we were served with a notice of intent to put a Lien on our home for non-payment of the roofing materials from a company in Florida. We did not contract with this company in Florida; however, the Lien paperwork listed the notice to us, the property owner, and Team K/Forefront as the Hiring party. For $8,528.69.

We immediately reached out to Team K/Forefront via phone call and email to gain some understanding of this notice. We also reached out to the company in Florida. Due to the holiday weekend, we heard from Team K/Forefront the following Tuesday, 09/03/2024. While talking with the Accounting Department or Customer Service Department, we were told they would look into it and that we were not the only customer who had an intent to have Lien placed on our home. The following statement upset me as the lady stated, "Team K/Forefront was caught in the middle." Of course, that immediately infuriated me as I felt that was a false and disrespectful comment. I was their customer, not the customer of the roofing material company out of Florida. Team K/Forefront promised to get back to us after looking into it but couldn't promise the Florida company would send us a letter canceling the intent to Lien on our home.
We then received a phone call from the Florida company, and it was explained that Team K/Forefront had yet to pay for the material used on our home or the material used on other homes. Remember that our house was completed in May, and our payment based on the contract we signed with Team K/Forefront was completed in May. We fulfilled our obligations and did not understand how a Mechanics Lien could be placed on our home. It is 09/24/2024, and we still have not heard from Team K/Forefront or the Florida company if this has been resolved. Therefore, we will seek legal counsel to understand our rights and make sure our home is protected. We may even take this issue to social media for justice.

When our basement flooded, Forefront Building + Restoration (formerly Team K Services) was recommended by a neighbor and also one of three options provided by our insurance company. We contacted them and their mitigation team arrived within a couple hours of our call. The mitigation team came to the house daily during the drying out process. Ben (restoration estimator) did the restoration proposal and worked closely with our insurance company. Everyone we spoke to including Jenn in accounting was very helpful in getting us the paperwork required by our mortgage company. A special thanks to Breck our "point of contact" during the restoration process. He kept us well informed during this time. He was always easy to reach either by phone or text with any questions or concerns we had and responded quickly. He came to the house frequently during this process to be sure the crews knew exactly what work needed to be done. He made this process much less stressful for us and we are very grateful. The Forefront Building + Restoration team has our 5 star recommendation.

What a nightmare my sewer backup was. The Forefront team was recommended by my insurance company. From Justin the Estimator, through Breck the Reconstruction Superintendent, all went smoothly. The water mitigation was efficient, the craftmanship of the restoration team was outstanding. I highly recommend.

Forefront restoration was absolutely phenomenal in every aspect. Breck and his team were amazing and their help during a tough time was beyond appreciated. They were great with my entire family and we're super communicative from day 1 until the last day and answered all questions or addressed any small initial concerns that popped up through out the expansive repairs.

Can't say enough great things about them. Specifically Breck. Your company is very lucky to have him as he truly cares about his clients.

The Forefront Team is about being communicative, honest, thorough, and punctual. Everyone from the first point of contact, to the last point of contact that I have dealt with has been compassionate, and understanding to the catastrophe that my family was going through. The crews called me every evening before to inform me of their arrival window, they were never late, and were always respectful of my home. Everything was explained in thorough detail, but most important to me The Forefront Team dealt with my insurance company for the most part. As stressful as the situation was, the Forefront Team stood true to their name by manning the front lines of my disaster.

Carl and Javier were responsive, professional and friendly throughout the process of roof damage inspection and then the repair of it. Would very much use and recommend!

We contacted Forefront to fix the ceiling in my room and they did a great job ! I want to thank Christian and Sam whom were very nice and professional! Christian the Superintendent came and explained the process of fixing it and how many days it will take and he was following up the work and updating me with the progress and answering any questions!
Also I want to thank Sam who worked hard and did a great job fixing the ceiling and painting the room , he was very skilled the ceiling and the room looked like new! Also he made sure to keep the area clean after he finished his job !

We had flood in our home destroying two of our bathrooms and a bedroom. My insurance company recommended I give Forefront Building and Restoration a call. I called them and they sent out a team to take out the carpet and sheetrock walls, and tile floors the next day. Then came the restoration. They did a wonderful job from painting to laying of tile. I would call them again, but I hope this is the last damage we see.

It was a pleasure to work with both Christian and Sam. Christian was prompt in reaching out to me and coordinating the work that Sam did. He checked in at the end of each workday to check on progress and see if I had any questions. When the job was completed, he was again present and made sure that all the work done properly and that I was pleased. Sam was professional, efficient and quiet as he worked. Had I not seen him walk down the stairs into the basement I would not have known he was working there. He did not disturb me at all. He explained to me what he was doing and let me know how things were going. I really appreciate the communication I got from both of them and look forward to working with them in the future.

Forefront (Team K) did a great job on my roof replacement. There were several items that made this a big project to coordinate, solar panels and gutter guards. Everything went smoothly and was done in a timely manner. We had a water pipe burst after freezing earlier in the year. We had several folks come out and mitigate the water damage and build back the demolished parts of the wall. They also took care of some drywall patches I hadn't gotten around to myself unrelated to the water damage

Overall great work quality. Mark and his crews took care of us during the water damage mitigation process, and Breck and his crews did a great job with the build back.
