Just completed installing new gutters and exterior door. Existing gutters were sixty years old so required additional work. A carpenter was needed to replace the fascia boards and to install the door. Gutters done by another team. All work was expertly done. Steve Forand kept me informed of all aspects of the work.

And his crew did a beautiful job on my mom's kitchen.I knew forand remodeling I know steve And?
They did the most beautiful custom cabinets from floor to ceiling. A Crown molding all around the top pull out on some of the cabinets for the pots and pans in the pantry. With the pullouts was awesom. I highly recommend Steve to anybody. That's in need of bathroom, remodeling kitchen, remodeling. Actually, any interior remodeling of any kind, their great. His guys are clean and super guys to work with.

Steven his crew remodeled my bathroom Steve was great with helping me pick from vanities to mirrors to light fixtures what kind of toilet would be the best all that stuff showers the valves everything all I can say is I’d highly recommend these people they were neat courteous clean they did it within a timely manner and they were there to help you and their prices I thought was equivalent to anybody if not more reasonable I would highly recommend them

I just want to let other people know that Forrand remodeling is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time I’ve had many remodeling jobs done through the years and these guys are clean they were neat they promised me what they promise and it happened they were reasonably price not the cheapest price but a reasonable fair priced and excellent workmanship I highly recommend them

Steve Forand and the guys were excellent, clean, respectful and kind. I saw his ad on line. So my mother and father needed a brand new bathroom and kitchen floor painting and appliances. So I recommended him and his team to my parents and they came and did to work and it's absolutely beautiful I strongly recommend his business to anyone.
