Over promise and under deliver. My contract said 10 days. I paid them after 24 days and had to hire another to finish. They left the drywall incomplete at the door stating to fix it I would need a new door. They left the floors dirty stating to fix it I would need new flooring. Completed half the electrical. Lost the remote to my tv. Left a mess in the part of the house they were not working on. Supervisors were surprised when I texted to ask if someone was going to show up to work that day. Bad management. When I discussed the timeline set back I was told the "extras" took up time. It does not take 14 extra days to install a ridge cap. I knew I would need a new company when I was told by the supervisor this was a small job to them and I should feel lucky just to have had their professional work that was done to that point. I hate leaving a bad review but feel if someone else is in my shoes it's beneficial to use another company. There are a lot to choose from in this area.

Edit* Response to comments from Focus. Never did I mention painting or wanting flooring. Never did I not respond to an email. I'm seeing lots of words that equate to excuses. What you are saying is so off topic I feel there is a good chance you are confusing me with another customer. I echo my above statement "bad management".

Amazing work done by true professionals. Glad to have hired those who care about their finished product as well as the process it takes to get there. They worked in a timely fashion and were incredibly respectful and professional the entire time. Would highly recommend (I already have to all my friends and family)!

Renovations are always scary because you don’t know exactly how much money you’re gonna spend and you’re trying to get the most out of your buck. Kristian made things extremely easy! It’s nice to have someone that you can trust whenever you’re doing renovations I’m now looking forward to many more projects

Amazing Professional Contractor. I had them do renovations on my house. They completed the project under budget and before the timeline we had expected. Focus was able to move my family in before the holidays. Everyone was impressed by the level of professionalism and savings compared to other contractors. 100/100 would use them again when I'm ready to build another house.

Focus Construction put a new roof put on my house and did a great job. The crew who installed the roof was very professional and worked quickly. The price was below what other contractors were charging. I would definitely use them again.

For as the craftsmanship of the workers outstanding,but the Communication of the Diversified Soulutions Home Improvement contractor that headed my project his communication skills lack stared my build without having a premitt in hand by the County that ended up making me having to wait 10 days for me are another contractor to pull a premitt so I would advise everyone make sure premitts are pulled and posted on your home projects update my ridge cap shingles were not in a straight line 2x8 needed to be double ie... County inspector because of the span to the owner may have been a different Contractor but he was working under your company name and I found out from the State Board of Contractors he was not licensed to build over $10,000 in the State
