The guys did a great job. Removed all decking and replaced with new 5/8”, installed ridge vents and installed fortified tiles . Completed the clean up including the magnet sweep of a large surrounding area and hauled all debris away. Two weeks and no flat tires! All of this in one day. Thought it would take 2 days. Professional crew and friendly. Helped throughout the whole process. Outstanding work. I won’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

We recently had our roof redone. Our experience was exceptional from the beginning to end. Wade was amazing in getting our claim started and making the process as smooth as possible, along with Seth who over saw the work being completed. Always available to answer questions etc. Their foreman Jose and crew was awesome. Not only were they extremely hard workers, but their attention to detail of cleanup after was wonderful. Durden Roof Care provided the best experience for us in dealing with inept insurance adjusters. Brittany Sanford was able to wade through the error written claim to get our roof replaced for what was sent to us. The replacement was done and area cleaned so that it appeared no one had worked there except on the roof itself. Rarely in dealing with companies these day do you get the Communication, Commitment and Follow-up we received from Brittany and Durden Roof Care!

Durden Roof Care did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. Their staff worked diligently & we are very happy with the service! There was a hiccup during roof installation that affected our A/C system in the attic, but this is where the company really shined! They not only rectified the situation, but went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during the whole process, they stayed and worked late after sundown to make sure everything was fixed & good to go! Their crew did a great job and finished the roof on our house and workshop in 2 days. Everyone was professional during the entire process. There was an issue with a small portion near an interior corner a few weeks after the initial install and they came out and repaired that spot within a week. Highly recommend!

The process of replacing a roof can be overwhelming but Jacob with Durden Roof Care made it so easy. He spoke with my insurance company, explained the process to us when it comes to deductibles, said the he and the team would meet the insurance adjuster out here to make sure all of the concerns/damage of the roof were noted, and that's exactly what happened. There were approximately (4) members from Durden who met the adjuster here the following day and everything went smoothly. Once I received the status of my claim from my insurance provider, Scott then came out to show me samples of the color shingles we were wanting, signed paperwork, we paid the deposit and the shingles were ordered, again, another step in the process made super easy from the Durden team. Brittany called to let us know when the shingles would be delivered and the start date of replacement within a 2-3 weeks after the order was placed. The morning of the start date, Brittany called to inform us there will be a slight delay of arrival for the crew and we were fine with that because the level of communication from the entire team of Durden has been top notch. The crew arrived, immediately prepped the ground with plastic to catch debris, and worked until almost all of the shingles had been removed and he following morning, they were here right as scheduled. Our home was built by our Grandfather in the 1950's, so it needed to have the attic ventilation updated with a better system, the decking would be fortified, and then the shingles installed. This crew worked right up to dark and had just a small area of flat roof to finish the following morning. After they left, I felt like it was a little warm in my home (I'm hot natured, so 73 is warm to me). I gave it some time thinking since they had to cut the decking for the new ventilation, some of the warmer air may have seeped down into our home from the attic door, and the home just needed time to cool down to 70. After a few hours, the temp didn't reach 70, the air handler was blowing air through the vents, but just not cold air. I checked the breakers of the AC to make sure they weren't tripped, then walked outside and notified the condenser unit wasn't kicking on. My husband reached out to Jacob to let him know and he immediately informed the rest of the team so repairs can be scheduled the following morning. The outside temp was cold that night so opening the windows overnight was no big deal. The following morning, Brittany reached out bright and early, asked if I wanted coffee, and informed me she along with our HVAC company would be here by 8 am. They both showed up, found that the copper line had been hit with a nail, and all of the freon had leaked out. The roofing crew worked with the HVAC tech and agreed they could easily take up a small section of the roof for the tech to make the repairs due to the location of the line and did it with a smile. All of the repairs were complete, my beautiful new shingles were back where they belong, and you cannot tell any work was done in that section, and the air was back to 70 all by noon. When home improvements/replacements are performed, things/accidents can happen, BUT the way the entire team at Durden handled it, was the best customer service ever. Representatives of Durden came to my door and said there had been a verified hailstorm in our area and wanted to see if we had damage that would qualify for insurance repair. I was of course skeptical but I agreed and they proceeded. They took photos with a drone and showed me the damage. They helped me file a claim with my provider and showed up to advocate for me when the adjuster came. I couldn't be happier with the new roof. It's fortified so I qualify for an insurance discount and they helped make sure my deductible was considered in all repair estimates. They were very responsive to any concerns and left nothing damaged that they didn't take care of immediately. Over all one of the best contracting experiences of my life and I have owned 9 homes. You can't go wrong with these guys!
