First Response Restoration

We experienced flood water damage from a recent intense rainfall, as did many in the northern part of our state. Getting immediate response for water restoration was almost impossible. Our Nationwide agent got us in touch with First Response Restoration, and they responded to our needs within 24 hours, even though they traveled 200 miles to the flood area. The damage was addressed and the restoration process started immediately, allowing us and neighbors to feel better about our homes, and getting back to relatively normal life. Communication was excellent. Updates were immediate. The management team, schedulers and service technicians were very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend First Response Restoration should the need arise in the future.

I am extremely pleased with First Response! The communication, the response time, the service and professionalism of the team that came out to take care of my flooded basement, not once but twice in 3 weeks, is highly commendable. Christopher was very sympathetic to my situation and knew just what to do. Ashton, Don and Lucas worked above and beyond to get the floors cleaned up and the carpet removed! This is a company that is truly there to help you when you need it!! I would highly recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

First Response is awesome! Had a broken pipe under my house in the crawl space. After the plumber fixed the pipe, First Response came in and removed the water, dried out the space, and replaced the vapor barrier. Super friendly people and hard working folks! Very easy to deal with and kept me in the loop for every bit of the work. I totally recommend them for any restoration need you could have!

We called First Responce after a water leak caused damage in our home. They responded right away and went to work quickly. They dried everything out and went right to replacing the damaged areas. I’ve used this company twice in a 9 month period. First for kitchen water damage, then more recently tornado damage on my roof ceiling in bathroom and privacy fence. They have been very professional both times I’ve used them and would recommend for anyone.

First Response really came through for my parents in a time of need. A sewage backup caused a literal catastrophe in my parents’ basement shortly after a number of severe storms in the region. I called many restoration companies and First Response was one of the few that had the capacity to help them out. Steve, Brian, Taylor, and Ashton showed up on a Sunday to take care of business and within a few hours had things in a manageable state and in recovery mode. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. They even adjusted their schedule to pick up their equipment, once things were restored to normal, based on my work schedule. Thankful they were able to support. We have them in our contact list for other non-emergency work as well.

First Response responded immediately to our emergency the evening it happened (tree fell through house). It was a big job that took a long time to complete, and Steve, Barb, and John were good at keeping in touch. In addition, when something went wrong (face it, something always will), they made it right. That's critically important, and in the end, we are *very* happy with the restoration work that was done.

We used them for storm repair on the outside of our house after a trampoline hit in a wind storm and they did amazing job on the house.

A water leak from my roof, during a major storm, damaged my drywall and ceiling in my master bedroom. First Response Restoration came faster than the other companies, found my leak, repaired the drywall-painted and cleaned the carpet. Their roof expert found the leak when no one else could. I came to First Response seeking assistance with a chimney repair and a new roof project. First Response was prompt to get me the perfect group to complete the chimney repair, worked with me during the other group's work completion, then scheduled out my roof repair to be completed before the dreary season. It's tough these days finding a good contractor to work on one of your most prized possessions, your home. Especially one who does quality work and takes pride in doing so. My husband and I initially came in contact with First Response after a windstorm damaged our first home. We were so happy with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service that we asked them to stay and do additional work! Now, they are the first company we call. They just completed a huge project at our new home, installing custom-sized windows and an enormous sliding door, along with a range of exterior repair. The team at First Response will spoil you! From the first interaction to the last they are professional and courteous. The individuals are highly skilled and deeply concerned about doing the job the right way. They treat your home like its their own. I can't say enough about the quality of their work and their character. I had a leak in my home that required more than $160K in repairs over a period of 4 months. There was plenty of time to detect a weakness in this company. I did not. Highly, highly recommend!
