Zach Kushner, Chad Joyal, and the entire team at First Peak Construction are simply the best young professionals in the general contracting and construction profession!
Our church (New Day Church) required a unique set of skills to create the appropriate storefront location for our casual and welcoming environment. First Peak took the time to hear our desires, coordinate with our architects, experience our other location, and meet regularly with our staff to ensure that we were getting the final results we desired.
I'm still blown away by their consistent effort, their tireless pursuit of every permit and inspection, and their pleasant demeanor from our initial meeting through our final walk-throughs of the space.
If I were to give my highest recommendation, First Peak would still be at least a notch or two above that! Do not hesitate, do not look elsewhere, these are the construction professionals you need on your team.

First peak did an amazing job when our school had a fire they worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. Their work was very detailed, and it was nice to be able to communicate and connect with Zachary at all times during the process! I definitely recommend First Peak Construction to anyone who is looking to do any construction work. It brings piece of mind and they have a great team of experts.

Chad Joyal, the Operations Manager for First Peak was thoroughly professional and easy to work with throughout this commercial project. My office is a tenant in the building and First Peak was hired by the landlord. Chad kept us informed and on track with decisions that we had to make throughout the project. He was attentive to detail and quality and responsive to our questions. He worked with us to make the space as comfortable and efficient as possible. Highly recommend.

Zach & Jason Kushner, Chad Joyal & their team - especially Luis & Justin - went all the way to renovate a space most would have walked away from into a beautiful modern hybrid work space. They responded to our every question, request and idea — even if the answers were different from what we hoped for. My team at Universal Health Care Foundation loves our new space from where we pursue our mission of equitable, affordable & quality health care!
