Danny completed two home inspections for us in Feb 25. Scheduling was easy, the website was easy to navigate, and communication was timely and professional!

We had a quick turnaround due to contract circumstances and weather and Danny was easy to work with, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole inspection and answered all my questions (and educated me on ones I needed to ask!). As a first time buyer he walked me through things he would recommend based on his experience but also was honest and forthcoming in regards to issues we needed additional guidance from other professionals.

The report was easy to understand and easy to download/send to all parties. It was clear and concise.

He really took the time to understand where we were on budget and capabilities and was able to tell me what might be over my head and what I could tackle myself in terms of projects. I found this helpful and appreciated that attention to detail!

Very thorough and made us aware of what needed to be done to maintain the home in the future and what needed doing immediately. Also showed us where all the shutoffs were and spent the time to carefully answer all our questions and explain everything in terms we could understand.

Danny did a great job and a new home we had him inspect. His website is great, the scheduling process is easy, and He is worth every penny. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and an easy person to chat with. He makes things easy to understand, and his reports are so clean and include pics next to each item he calls out. Personally, one of the best inspectors I have had. Most inspectors haven't worked in construction, so when they call out something, they tell you to doublecheck with a pro...which defeats the purpose of the inspection. Danny has worked construction, and really knows the building process and knows what to look for. He is real world experience, and very logical. Did an AWSOME JOB. I would recommend him 100%

Danny is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Answered any questions and made appropriate suggestions and recommendations. Report explains each item that may need maintenance information or repair, with pictures to make it easier to remember the locations. I feel it was a great value bringing him in to inspect before buying.

He arrived on time, was prepared and was respectful of the property. He conducted a detailed inspection and despite the property being brand new a few defective items were found. Danny came a good ways away for my home inspection on my house, he was very kind and showed us the few minor problems the house had, and wrote up a very good report for the inspection! I would defiantly recomend him to anyone!

Danny was the home inspector on a single-family home built in the early 1900s in downtown Staunton that I will be renovating and renting out. I accompanied him throughout the entire home inspection and I could not have been more impressed by how friendly, patient, and knowledgeable he is. As an investor, I have tagged along on lots of home inspections, and I really appreciated the time he took to answer my questions. Did not reset garage GFI outlets and would have spoiled a freezer full of meat head I not checked on this as soon as he left

Did not fully put back attic access panel so ac was escaping into attic

He could not figure out how to get the smart thermostat emergency heat to come on so he said the system was not working

Made statements that he could not back up and I would not trust his evaluation
