Danny completed two home inspections for us in Feb 25. Scheduling was easy, the website was easy to navigate, and communication was timely and professional!

We had a quick turnaround due to contract circumstances and weather and Danny was easy to work with, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole inspection and answered all my questions (and educated me on ones I needed to ask!). As a first time buyer he walked me through things he would recommend based on his experience but also was honest and forthcoming in regards to issues we needed additional guidance from other professionals.

The report was easy to understand and easy to download/send to all parties. It was clear and concise.

He really took the time to understand where we were on budget and capabilities and was able to tell me what might be over my head and what I could tackle myself in terms of projects. I found this helpful and appreciated that attention to detail!

Most inspectors haven't worked in construction, so when they call out something, they tell you to doublecheck with a pro...which defeats the purpose of the inspection. Danny has worked construction, and really knows the building process and knows what to look for. He is real world experience, and very logical. Did an AWSOME JOB. I would recommend him 100%

Danny was the home inspector on a single-family home built in the early 1900s in downtown Staunton that I will be renovating and renting out. I accompanied him throughout the entire home inspection and I could not have been more impressed by how friendly, patient, and knowledgeable he is. Did not reset garage GFI outlets and would have spoiled a freezer full of meat head I not checked on this as soon as he left

Did not fully put back attic access panel so ac was escaping into attic

He could not figure out how to get the smart thermostat emergency heat to come on so he said the system was not working

Made statements that he could not back up and I would not trust his evaluation
