Extremely pleased with the service Brandon provided. He was on time, professional, and did a thorough job. He took pictures of our unit before, during, and after and explained the work he did to get our wood burning stove working cleaner and more efficiently. We absolutely recommend his services and will use him for all future needs.

Brandon came out promptly, climbed onto the roof, inspected the chimney inside/out, took pictures and gave us a thorough estimate for a large scale project including a complete teardown of our outer chimney from the roofline up and inner flue resurfacing. Will pull trigger once funding is secured.

Fire Keeper Chimney Service was fantastic to work with. We just moved into our home and have never had a chimney before. Brandon gave us the 101 knowledge on what to do, look for, and of course, what not to do’s.
Brandon replaced our chimney cap and sealed up a few cracks to prevent moisture from getting in to preserve the life of the chimney itself.

Brandon cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace. He was prompt, professional, and thorough, and he answered all of our questions. Our fireplace needed a new part, but the part took a while to ship due to the holidays. He was flexible when re-scheduling his second visit. We would call him again if we needed help with our fireplace.

Brandon was able to schedule me in within a few days after inquiring. The invoicing was thorough as it shows before and after pictures. What a difference ! Our gas fireplace was in working order with Brandon’s expertise and looked amazing. It was blazing hot and house guests enjoyed a warm basement. Highly recommended. Thanks for your services.

Brandon was extremely prompt and efficient. He got a chimney chase cover done for us faster than we even told the homeowner it would be done. So, everybody was ecstatic about that. I really appreciated that he did not try to push and upsell me into the higher option he gave us, while it was a better one we were limited by insurance on this, and they would go with what was good enough. We will use Fire Keeper only in the future.

Brandon was great to work with! It was easy to schedule a visit online and he showed up on time. He inspected my fireplace and took several photos to show me the inside. As a first time fireplace user, he took the time to walk me through how to properly light a fire and discussed safe measures.

He also went above and beyond and helped me remove the old fire grate from the wall so that I could place a newer one inside.

Brandon was fantastic. He came out and did a very thorough inspection and told me what the issues were and what the steps would be to correct the problem. He also took the time to explain that I actually had more than one problem, that I had several issues with the structure itself, but that the remedy was relatively simple and would greatly enhance the function and safety. I made about a dozen calls, had only one returned call, and one no show. Brandon returned the email, and showed at the exact time he scheduled. Very knowledgeable and very professional.
