I can not give enough positive feedback for Fine Lines! From the very first consultation and design meetings, straight through our extensive renovation every single employee was a high quality professional with a strong work ethic and talent for exceptional building, in every aspect. Our project manager Ben was available to answer every question I had, fixed every problem that arose, and was always several steps ahead of every part of the process. Considering we underwent this project at the beginning of the pandemic, Ben’s planning and management kept things running very smoothly with almost seamless transitions from one aspect to the next. I was blown away by the crew as well-very fine people with integrity and exceptional skills. I can’t imagine a better building experience. Fine Lines handled everything from structural renovation, including foundation and framing to flooring, roofing and outstanding finish work. I’d interviewed several builders before choosing Fine Lines, the prices were only slightly varied. In the end, Finelines estimates were realistic, fair, and we managed to come out slightly under budget! Thanks to everyone, Ted, Ben, and Jeff our foreman and all the guys who turned our house into a very special, gorgeous forever home!

Fine Lines provided up front scope and design support based upon their understanding of what we wanted for the finished product along with their experience and assessment of the existing configuration. We were thrilled with the suggestions provided and the comprehensive, detailed work scope, project tracking and contractual agreement presented. It was fascinating to watch the execution from tear down, discovery and construction. The craftsmen were professional, personable and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we will be sure to refer and utilize Fine Lines for future work!
