Figueroa's Construction

Steve and his crew did excellent work. Very happy with all of the things we had them do. All new counter tops and kitchen cabinets all new flooring through out the house and new front windows.

We own a condo in Kirkwood, and over the years we have used Figueroa to replace toilets, refrigerators, dish washers, stove, etc. Steve Figueroa gave us sound advice on what appliances to buy and did a professional job of installation. We recommend him highly.

We had a fairly small job in October 2018 we were trying to get done. We called 5-10 contractors and couldn't even get a call back given the scale of our job - a small 4x10 bathroom remodel. Figueroa's Construction was willing and able to squeeze us in, and was willing to work with us to take steps to try to keep our budget down including reusing fixtures, letting us purchase materials directly and doing the painting ourselves. The work was completed near the expected timeline, with a little extra time due to water damage discovered in the walls, which they repaired. They were very communicative throughout the process, and there were no unexpected charges. The tile work on the floor and walls was beautiful, everything was neatly, cleanly, and solidly installed.
