Ferravit did a great siding job for us, starting with the selection of materials through the installation. I was impressed with the insulation, wrapping and tape job they did before the siding went on. They were respectful, cleaned up the worksite well and did a professional finish. Ramon did an incredible job insulating and patching the dry wall where our previously installed skylight was in place. It was removed and he did an incredible job and now it’s as if it was never even there! He also did a few other things around my house like placing a ceiling fan extension rod and placing a basement well cover! They were able to do a temporary fix while waiting for our permit. Once we received the permit they quickly came to fix our roof and installed everything. All of our needs were met. I noticed my next door neighbor was having a roof installed and I just loved how quick, professional and neat Gustavo and the Ferravit crew were. I inquired about his work and informed him I needed a roof replacement due to June 13th storm damage. He came right over and took measurements and then gave me a free estimate. After talking it over with my husband we decided to move forward and hire Ferravit for the job. Gustavo brought over a selection of roof color samples and we selected the one we wanted. He told us he needed to get a village permit and he said he would have his guys here at 8:00am and they were here at 8 on the dot. They were all very kind, very professional and very clean. I know it sounds like a lot of "they were very this very that" but they really were. The entire process went very smoothly, he gave us a time frame and finished within the time frame. We are well pleased with the outcome. So glad my neighbor used them otherwise I never would have come across this quality and efficent company.

Contractor was patient as we decided on whether to use. Provided samples of product and pricing was in line with other comparable contactors. As with all home repairs be sure to work with local municipality to get all the specifics regarding permit process, which can cause delays.
Once on the way workers worked quickly and cleaned up after. Had a short delay due to product arrival, but got right back to work. Be sure to get a firm begin and end date. Gustavo is easy to do business with. I would refer and use again.

After the tornado I was sitting on the porch with no power and Gus drove by my home explaining how he maybe able to assist with getting my roof repaired. My roof was in bad shape, Gus didn't make any promises but he said he would try his best. Well we got it approved....and when they came out it took the guys less than a full day to complete the job. I Google'd companies with experience in siding and gutters after my previous roofing company provided what we thought was an over the top estimate for siding and new gutters/downspouts.

I found Ferravit and what interested me is that they are a local Hillside business. I read about 10 of their customer reviews and knew that I should give them a call to come out and provide an estimate of work.

Gustavo came out and was very professional, he explained the process and provided tips on things that needed to be done prior to his team coming out to do the work. In following up on the estimate I had the wonderful opportunity to engage with Isabell via phone and at the business location and she took professionalism to the next level. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, listens and provides the right feedback which is all the things that you want from a business.

Ferravit completed the work to my home this past week and we are very happy with our new siding and gutters/downspouts.

Roy was always very responsible, professional, and on top of things. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and made sure the quality of work was what he promised. He did my siding and it looks amazing. They also did all the windows seals, trimming and the gutters. He took care of all the issues with the insurance, paperwork, push back and resolved them. My home looks like a brand new. I like his work so much I also recommended to him to my daughter for their roofing replacement.

Gustavo is very detailed with his pictures to keep the home owner informed of needed repairs if necessary . His crew is careful keeping things clean and they try their best keeping plants and flowers still standing. He might not take your calls right away but he promptly returns them.
Very happy with my new roof. I most definitely will recommend him to friends and family.

UPDATE: 12OCT23, I had problems with the installation of my gutters that the company contracted out which ended with a leak in my attic. I also had problems with the flashing around the chimney that I thought they replaced when installing the new roof but I was informed they did not. I assume it was for the sake of saving money you cut corners. I contacted the owner GUSTAVO who was I initially dealt with at the beginning and he assured me he would fix the issue. About 1 year later and no repairs have been done. My old post is still listed below and is when I thought this company was legit.

Really easy to work with, walked me thru every step of the way when I was dealing with my insurance company. I even recommended their services to several others and they did not disappoint. The work was completed within the time frame given and I was extremely satisfied with my roof and gutters.
