Highly recommended. Crew was awesome and work was impeccable, even in 95 degree weather. Clean up after job was spot on and only reason I knew they were there was the outstanding standing seam roof left behind. A ++++

Ken , your crew went above and beyond installing the new metal roof on the barn . In the cold and snow of a Maine winter the crew kept a excellent attitude and did a outstanding job. Called Fairbanks to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement. 15 minutes before the appointment, the estimator (I think his name was Frank) called to cancel. Life happens, I get it, no worries. We reschedule for a couple days later. On the day of the new appointment, he showed up an hour and a half late with no phone call or heads up like, “hey I’m running behind, be there in a bit”. I couldn’t wait that long that day, so I wasn’t home when he showed up. He said no problem, I’ll get the measurements and send you the estimate. A week later I hadn’t received the estimate. I spoke with Frank and he said he needed a couple more days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no estimate. I’m left to think that they just don’t want the job.

I called four times to get an estimate for a new roof on my home over the last month. I even spoke to Frank, the owner one of my calls on 10/7/19 who said he would come out that week to do the estimate- takes about an hour. Still no estimate, no contact from them, and when I try calling back they ask for my address again as if it's my first time calling! I will never get roofing done by this company and don't recommend anyone waste their time or energy calling them. They have very poor customer service!

Fairbanks Roofing did a fabulous job replacing my end-of-life asphalt shingle roof in 2015 with a wonderful green metal roof which eliminated the ice dams and has weathered beautifully.

KEN WENT TO MY HOUSE WHEN I WAS HAVING ICE BUILD-UP AFTER ANOTHER CONTRCTOR HAD PUT A NEW ROOF ON FOR ME ,AND FOUND SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS ,,,,WE HAD KEN & THE CREW REPAIR THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK & THEY DID A OUTSTANDING JOB ,,,ME & MY WIFE BOTH AGREE WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED KEN FIRST & GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !!!!!! HANDS DOWN KEN KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME ,,,,,
