Called Fairbanks to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement. 15 minutes before the appointment, the estimator called to cancel.
I called four times to get an estimate for a new roof on my home over the last month. Still no estimate, no contact from them.
On the day of the new appointment, he showed up an hour and a half late with no phone call or heads up.

They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and on budget. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and my home looks amazing. I was very impressed with the professionalism and skill of the Fairbanks team. Five men worked from early morning to late afternoon non-stop, and completed the job in two and a half days. The roof was expertly installed and the cleanup was very thorough. The cost was reasonable, especially considering the high quality result. I recommend Fairbanks without reservation.

Highly recommended. Crew was awesome and work was impeccable, even in 95 degree weather. Clean up after job was spot on and only reason I knew they were there was the outstanding standing seam roof left behind. A ++++

Ken , your crew went above and beyond installing the new metal roof on the barn . In the cold and snow of a Maine winter the crew kept a excellent attitude and did a outstanding job. They were extremely professional and efficient.I would definitely recommend your company for any roofing or sideing needs . Thanks again to you and " The Crew " ! Satisfied in Waterford Maine !

Called Fairbanks to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement. 15 minutes before the appointment, the estimator (I think his name was Frank) called to cancel. Life happens, I get it, no worries. We reschedule for a couple days later. On the day of the new appointment, he showed up an hour and a half late with no phone call or heads up like, “hey I’m running behind, be there in a bit”. I couldn’t wait that long that day, so I wasn’t home when he showed up. He said no problem, I’ll get the measurements and send you the estimate. A week later I hadn’t received the estimate. I spoke with Frank and he said he needed a couple more days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no estimate. I’m left to think that they just don’t want the job.

I called four times to get an estimate for a new roof on my home over the last month. I even spoke to Frank, the owner one of my calls on 10/7/19 who said he would come out that week to do the estimate- takes about an hour. Still no estimate, no contact from them, and when I try calling back they ask for my address again as if it's my first time calling! I will never get roofing done by this company and don't recommend anyone waste their time or energy calling them. They have very poor customer service!

Fairbanks Roofing did a fabulous job replacing my end-of-life asphalt shingle roof in 2015 with a wonderful green metal roof which eliminated the ice dams and has weathered beautifully.

KEN WENT TO MY HOUSE WHEN I WAS HAVING ICE BUILD-UP AFTER ANOTHER CONTRCTOR HAD PUT A NEW ROOF ON FOR ME ,AND FOUND SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS ,,,,WE HAD KEN & THE CREW REPAIR THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK & THEY DID A OUTSTANDING JOB ,,,ME & MY WIFE BOTH AGREE WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED KEN FIRST & GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !!!!!! HANDS DOWN KEN KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME ,,,,,
