Fabian was the best. He responded promptly to look at the job and quickly sent a detailed proposal/price with an estimated time of when he could get the job started. He showed up on time and began immediately. Everything was done and finished as promised. He went above and beyond the scope of work by fixing a few things that I didn't realize were in need of repair. AND at no extra cost to me. Cleaned up and wouldn't leave until I was sure he had done everything to my satisfaction. I have to say that normally I don't bother to leave reviews, whether positive or negative. But in this case I can say that I have no problem in recommending him to everyone.

We have used Fabian for one very large job and several small one. He is very meticulous and careful, with the result that his work is excellent. He is creative and looks for solutions to problems. He doesn’t always finish a job when he hopes to, but that is because he doesn’t want to do anything that won’t meet his standards which are very high.
Fabian and his crew did an amazing job finishing our basement. They put down vinyl flooring, repaired drywall, placed trim, pai ted and more! Fabian's attention to detail was impressive! They even fixed doors and did other tasks to make the space complete. Very professional and courteous and respectful of your time. Highly recommend!!
