Never under estimate a little drip under your kitchen sink .When Expert Restoration came out they exsposed the damaged flooring and back wall as well as under the house. Joyce was wonderful.She kept in contact with us returning my calls and text through out the process. Bobby and his team removed the damaged area in a timely matter so we could safely return home in a few days.Highly recommend Expert Restoration.
