We were referred to Expert Restoration through our homeowners insurance upon filing a claim for a roof leak last year. This was the first time we’ve had to file a claim so we had no idea where to begin when we learned we had significant water damage due to a roof failure and needed to vacate our home. Joyce was a tremendous help in explaining the entire process.

These guys communicated really clearly. There was a flood that traveled from up stairs to down. They were really careful to get things really dry. Some demolition was required and i was impressed how carefully they handled that process and all my belongings. Really, i rarely leave reviews but such a good job deserves to be lauded! This company is more then a company. They became friends. They walked me through what was happening. Went above and beyond to help mend my small project that turned into a huge project that I was not equipped to handle on my own. Joyce, Chris and Aidan were the best for us.

I hired Joyce and her team to do a water loss through my homeowners insurance. I paid them almost 100% of the bid back in May and since the end of May I have not heard from them nor had them return my calls with only doing the demo on my bathroom.. needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am now having to take legal action as they have not responded to my termination of contract letter I mailed requesting my money back minus what they have completed. I have now had no master bathroom since April due to this contractor.

They arrived at the house the next day, completed a complete 3D mapping of the damage and took samples for asbestos. She clearly explained the process that was needed to restore our home and professionally communicated through text, email, and phone calls.

I was so thankful to have found this company on the Olympia Master Builders "Hire a Pro" site! Joyce and Chris were amazing to work with, they came very quick, got fans and dehumidifier set up right away to avoid any mold growth.
