The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. They also did a vey good job cleaning up afterwards, I was surprised that i have only found 3 stray nails.

Let me tell you just how amazing this company is. From start to finish the experience has been top notch and professional with a sense of humanity sprinkled in for the perfect experience.

I called Excel Home Improvement to receive a quote for new gutters, soffit, and fascia. Don quickly contacted me to set up a date and time to receive a quote. Don came out, walked the house with me and gave me some options on how I could arrange my gutters to get them away from my driveway. We discussed larger gutters to handle the additional flow and added a downspout further away. The quote was immediately done and they were able to beat out the competition on pricing.

Michelle (who by the way may singlehandedly be the most polite phone representative I've had the pleasure of talking with) contacted me to let me know exactly where they were in the process and providing me a date of installation.

Michelle then called the day before install to confirm all my information and provide a window when they would be installing everything.

I stopped by after the job was completed and let me tell you. They did not disappoint! The larger gutters also add a more robust look to the house that I'm honestly a huge fan of.

Whole process from calling to get a quote to getting the work completed was about two weeks but that was only because the soffit and fascia workers had to co-ordinate with the gutter installers.

10/10 experience through and through.

I had looked into a number of home improvement companies through 2024 to replace my roof and to do my gutters and siding. The others use pressure salesmen that want to make a deal the day of the estimate. Beware of that national company that starts with a 'V".
Excel does not use pressure salesmen. My salesperson/manager Don was wonderful to work with. He understands the job and the level of detail needed to satisfy the customer.
The Team at Excel Home Improvement exceeded my expectations on my roof, gutters and siding.
My home is now beautiful. I waited for years to make these improvements and now I get to enjoy the great looks for many years to come.

We recently had Excel Home Improvement work on our house and garage, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

They completely transformed our siding and even reinforced the structure of our garage, which was practically hanging on by a thread as water had rotted the studs on the entire right side wall. On top of that, they insulated our home before installing the new siding, making it noticeably warmer during these cold winter months.

We had an absolutely great experience with Excel Home Improvements.
The scope of work was to replace siding (first add OSB and house wrap to the upstairs outer walls), replace vinyl siding, windows, roof and gutters on our Colonial style home. Also covered all exposed wood trim with aluminum and added gutter guards. Having had experience over the years myself in roofing, siding and windows – I did a good investigation of other Company’s capabilities in advance. Unlike many others, Excel could handle the whole project and was very price competitive.
From the quotation process to the final punch list, Excel’s personnel communicated extremely well, and the quality of work was exceptional. Don and I walked through the quote iterations to handle my specific requests before turning over to the work teams. Vince led the roofing crew which did an outstanding job in changing the ventilation system, replacing 15 decayed boards, and laying the new roof. Jacob, Devin and Joe worked on the siding, windows and aluminum trim. The detail in their trim work was outstanding.
No surprises, no issues and amazing job. Crews were efficient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely worth a call if you are in the market for these types of home improvements. Our whole experience was amazing. Michelle was the first person I had talked with. I needed siding done for my cottage up in Port Austin. Don was our main contact during this process. Great job, installing siding to our unsightly chimney. The two man crew worked well together, professionally installed, even during a windy day scattering scrap throughout, cleaned the yard 100%. Highly recommended! We will definitely call them again!

Both of your teams did a great job .
First team opened up soffit vents and added new soffits.
They also took down old gutters.
The team today installed new gutters with gutter guards and did a fantastic job. We’ll have them out next year to do more work.

I was contacted by the company after submitting a digital request for repair quote via email.
Correspondence was pleasant, simple and very polite. The work was quoted, I accepted and scheduled.
When the day came, I left for the office with a big section of siding missing. I came home later that day to a fantastic repair job. I can't even tell there had ever been any pieces missing despite them warning me ahead of time that the color could be slightly off due to the surrounding older panels having wear over the years. However, I cannot tell where the repairs began and ended.

We hired Excel to replace our aluminum siding with new vinyl. From the 1st phone call to request a quote to the last day of work everything was great. The estimate was extremely fair, they helped me pick out the color that would match what I currently had (it was almost exact).
