These guys are great! Very professional. I had an emergency on my garage and I needed to get it fixed the same day and Ed Sr. was able to get someone to my house right away. Thanks EPC! High recommend.

These guys were great! Professional, great communication, fantastic work, and all at a fair price. They put in new flooring and redid a bathroom for me, I'll definitely be coming back to them for the next round of upgrades.

Over the past few years we have used EPC for a variety of different projects in both of our homes. From painting to roofing and water heater repairs, to just name a few, they are a one stop shop for all your homes needs. If it is a project they can’t handle it (which is very few), they will recommend the best others in town who will. They are always reliable, reasonably priced, very prompt and professional in all they do, all while guaranteeing their work to the upmost quality. The staff is always amazing and they always go above and beyond for their customers, even after hours in times of emergency repairs. I can’t recommend EPC enough and am forever thankful to have such an amazing company to work with in our community!

This is an amazing company. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. They called frequently to make sure we were happy with the service as they were working. They were on time, respected my home and family, and took obvious pride in the work they did. They cleaned up the area really well after they completed the job and did a walk through with me to make sure there were no concerns or issues before leaving. I will definitely use them again for any other repair or remodel needs.

100% highly recommended. Very professional. They exceeded all my expectations with my kitchen remodel. They cleaned up after every session. Quality of work was superb! From the front office to the workers on the job, everybody was on point and showed professionalism throughout.

After they tried to upcharge from my original quote, I denied the service. Once I asked if the company was associated with the Better Business Bureau, Ed the manger proceeded to confront me, try and slap the phone out of my hand (as I was now filming) and then literally tried pushing me out the door while I was on my way out. This place is a joke.

Love this company. Really great communicators! They did what they said they would do. I am very pleased with the tile they replaced, the pallet wood installed AND the tub they took out and the shower they installed. Pleasant people to work with!

My close friend, Darlene Ollom Ray, used EPC three times. The first time it was Ed Sr. who did the work and the job was done great. The second and third time Ed Jr did the work and things were done poorly. She actually had to ask them to stop work on the third job because of quality issues. She still paid the full cost of the work but the job was never completed. He was told a list of specific products she wanted used and specifically how she wanted the work done. He took detailed notes but the work was not done according to those notes and several of the requested products were not used. As an aside, Darlene has been a business neighbor of Mr. Perales for many years and when she had her hip replaced Ed Sr. built her a ramp at her business while she was in the hospital. He did this out of the kindness of his heart and did not ask for payment. The bottom line is that she will never use EPC in the future because of Ed Jr and wants readers to know that they may not get quality work from Ed Jr.

No Stars for these guys. Edwin will seem like a concerned contractor but in my experience (an addition and vinyl flooring) they are more interested in getting to the next job than making sure the customer is happy and the work is completed correctly. Their attention to detail is almost non existent. EPC Business Plan = Get invoice in the mail and get out. Best to try someone else especially for flooring .

Edwin and his team are great to work with. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I have had them work on several jobs at my office and home and have always been happy with them.

Used several times for home repairs too involved for me, or things I don't want to do. Replaced tile, repaired water damage in sheetrock from a roof leak, etc. They get on it fast, knock it out professionally, and it doesn't have to be redone a year later. Great family-owned local business.
