He explained all the details of the work, delivered on every detail to the letter of the law, very cost effective, and the clean up was exceptional. All done in one day. Jacob was a 1 in a BILLION find as a roofer. Quick, courteous, professional and above all a man of his word which seems to be a dying breed in today’s society. Our 18 year old roof had some minor storm damage and we knew it was time anyway. He showed up on time for the estimate, took his time and explained in exact detail the process for us to file the damage as an insurance claim that didn’t make you feel stupid for not knowing. His team was on the job site when promised, cleaned up everything and left the roof looking showroom new. I cannot emphasize enough that if you need a true professional to get the job done, there is only ONE company for it - Ensley Exteriors!
