Can you give more than a 5? Can’t say enough good things about my new roof and the company. They were heard early and promised and done in one day. So quick. Total clean up. No damage to shrubbery, driveway or yard. And, use a system of magnets around exterior to be sure there were no stray nails or staples left behind. Please give them a call!

Best price, best job and excellent follow-up. Pinnacle Roof Plus was recommended by several real estate firms. They were correct in their assessments. The job took very little time. Workers on roof looked like ants on an ant hill, each with a specific task that they apparently knew well. They left the premises better than they found it with a complete cleanup. Did not ask for a penny until the work was completed.

From start to finish, and it took literally less than 6 hours, James' crew completely stripped the existing roof, repaired bad areas and replaced with the most beautiful new shingles!!

Pinnacle professionals were able to identify and fix a leak around a roof vent. They included pictures, were specific as to why the leak occurred and how they were going to fix. It has been several months since the repair with no issues. Highly recommend.

After a not so great experience with a claims adjuster, I contacted Pinnacle to get them to do their own assessment. After one conversation with Jaime, I knew I was already in better hands. She and Randy took such great care of us. They worked with our insurance company so that we got our roof replaced after an accurate assessment was completed. They always answered all of our questions, and just all around so wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they were the best!

James Hampton is hands down the best business man. We bought our home with some roof issues and they came to help us. We had leaks and he sends his guy to fix immediately. We had 2 different times ice dams. He answers his phone quickly and gives us advice for immediate action then his repair guys come and removes the ice from the roof. We needed to fix the roof because of the consistent ice dams. They came and replaced the roof and fixed the area for no more future ice dams. The cost was really reasonable to replace our roof. They did the job quickly and our roof is perfect. This company has always treated us like we are a part of their family.

Pinnacle was extremely quick and professional. Having inexperience with replacing a roof, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Once my insurance company approved my claim, they were able to replace to roof within a week. Everyone was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend.

There are not enough positive attributes I can use when describing Pinnacle Roofs Plus LLC. They were prompt and thorough with regard to their initial inspection. Their staff answered all questions I had and were able to describe their findings in detail in a matter I could understand fully. They took the reigns in communicating with my insurance company and I had an immediate turn around for installation. The crew arrived on time the day of removal/installation and worked diligently as a well-functioning team the whole day. This same team touched base during the process for my input as required. Their cleanup of the grounds afterward was just as impeccable as the roof itself. There is no room for constructive advice to improve upon for this company. Absolutely outstanding in every way imaginable.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They worked us in their already overwhelmed schedule. My mom's roof was severely damaged and they got right on it. Mom even expressed her gratefulness for the quality and care that the company took to take care of her. Nothing was left behind. The job site was immaculate when they left.

Randy and his team did an awesome job.I found him on Directorii and they have an honest roofer in their list for sure.Came on time got certified to install a shingle I preferred and cleaned up as if they were never here.Unfortunately he mis-quoted on product price but as contract was already signed never hassled us to pay a difference and even did some repair up top at no charge.Only time will tell on labor and shingles but if its anywhere close to his professionalism then I should be good for a very long timeThanks guys for an outstanding job!

They replaced the roofing on the house and did everything that they said they were going to do. The crew was very efficient and knew what they were doing. When they were finished there was refuse let on the ground. We were very pleased with Pinnacle and will have no problem referring them to my friends.
