I contacted Energy Insulation about doing a spray foam insulation job on a new construction barn & workshop I recently had built. The office staff were very friendly and helpful when I called. The estimator was on time to do estimate, and provided a detailed written proposal in addition to answering all of my questions. Upon accepting their bid, they showed up on time, and worked diligently and completed the job, including cleanup, the same day. I was very pleased with punctuality, attention to detail, friendly and cheerful attitude as they worked, and how well they cleaned up after they were completed with applying the spray foam. Now in summertime, the AC keeps it nice and cool inside and even in the unairconditioned enclosed loft, it is tolerable due to the insulation. I intend to enclose the rest of the barn at some point and will be contacting them again when the time comes. Good people.

I can't say enough good things about them. Price promptness professionalism and quality were all A # 1. I wish I had more projects for them to do because it was such a pleasure doing business with them . Everybody from the sales rep and office staff to the installers were professional and operated with integrity. I Pray that they have continued success with their Business.

The best I've dealth with in a long time with courtesy, hardworking, polite, outgoing and goes above and beyond! So I needed a roof insulation done desperately at a building on my property. I had been pushed off multiple times by another contractor that said one week which turned into almost 4.
At the point of my frustration I called a very good friend of mine who was a builder on the coast. He recommended me to this company. I called them and they were at the property exactly when they said they would be, 3 or 4 days later. Now what stood out the most is how they were 2 hours away from me and dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of. I would also like to mention that I was NOT a big job at all. Just a 18x20' roof. Less than $2k. Would definitely recommend.

Came out quickly for estimate, slightly less expensive that other estimate, came out to do the job super promptly ---and did a great job. Less than a week from initial call [on a Friday] to completion. Highly recommend. Every aspect was prompt and professional.

The crew came to my house early and they were very pleasant. They did a great job insulating my attic over the garage. Once they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Now I have to see the difference crossing my fingers

I have had Energy Insulation complete three foam insulation projects at my house over the past two years. Each project was fairly priced, provided with care and excellent service and professionalism. This was the second time we used this company to insulate our home. The first time was before we remodeled. The whole process from estimate to installation was seamless. The project manager and installation crew were professional and respectful of our project. After such quality service the first time, Energy Insulation was the company we wanted to do our room addition. Again, great service and reasonable cost. If you utilize this business for spray foam insulation be forewarned of 2 potential issues:
A. It is their policy
to assume that “ all metal buildings have a roll up door”. Ours does does not have a roll up door and that affected our initial estimate 2 days before the job was to start ( price increase)
Although the issue was resolved before the job started, it was a source of concern and anxiety

B. You MUST request via email a copy of their “contract provisions” disclaimer BEFORE you agree to work commencement.
It will not be included with any communication, estimate, work order, or invoice prior to the job commencement ( in our experience)
Among other things it states that energy insulation inc
will not be responsible for material overspray or excess material puddles or leakage through unsealed areas internally or externally for up to 100 inside or outside building
The whole purpose of utilizing closed cell foam was to “seal and insulate “ our Barndo build home
We have a mess on our building from various spots of leakage and the residue has left stains on our metal wainscoting and exterior siding at window and door cut outs

The crew was friendly and professional and did a good job of clean up inside the building

The after service interaction with management resulted in numerical condescending and fruitless emails text messages and verbal interactions

Basically because we didn’t request a company policy form that we had no way of knowing existed and was never voluntarily provided
they have ZERO responsibility to clean up the mess left on our building
The reluctant offer to address clean up came with again multiple disclaimers

In the end we will clean the mess and debris ourselves rather than deal with the management any further.

Excellent job!! These guys upgraded my insulation. The entire process from my first call, the estimate, and the actual insulation was a smooth process. They do exactly as discussed. They are professional, do a great job, and clean up any debris that may have occurred during install. I highly recommend this company.

Failed to follow up on an issue! The squeak in our floor was not there prior to energy insulation putting foam under our trailer we now have a squeak My request was simply to have them come and take a look to see what measures we needed to use to fix it but they're unwilling and basically not answering so they have no idea whether they can fix the problem or not because of failure to follow up with a paying client I cannot even give them up one star rating that's simply not how you do business I guess from now on it would be buyer beware

Just a little follow up, I had a contractor here today. With in 15 minutes they had the squeak in my mobile home floor fixed. They also said the spray foam was only 1/2 to 1 inch in the area where they fixed the floor. There was to be 2 inches @ an R14.
Energy insulation not only refuse to even look at the issue, I apparently didn't get what I paid for!
It's a shame that they don't care once they have your money!

I was seeking a professional to do some spray foam work due to some staining issues I had noticed around my skylight in my master bedroom. My home was built in 1987 and has been remodeled extensively. Because of this, much of the blown in insulation in the attic has been pushed aside, flattened or removed entirely. Additionally, I have some tight crawl spaces above my vaulted ceilings where it was completely uninsulated, likely due to access issues. This had the effect of allowing the conditioned air in the living space to mix with the ambient air in the attic, creating moisture problems in certain areas and ultimately causing some staining on the ceilings in certain areas.

ENERGY was one of several companies I connected with to try to find the best way to fix these problems. ENERGY's proposal was the strongest of the group. Their estimator was prompt, friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. She quoted me on exactly what I needed and at a price that was competitive. She was readily available for questions and gladly provided an alternative quote for comparison when requested.

The crew that came to my home was very hard working and professional. They came on-time and worked tirelessly, removing all of the old insulation, spray foaming the particular area of concern, replaced batts on more than just the single knee wall I was quoted on, and blew in all new insulation to bring us up to an R38 level. In short, they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right!

The jury is still out on what effect this will have on my utility bills, but judging by how much more quiet the house is already and how much more balanced the HVAC seems to be, I'm confident we'll have a great return on our investment. ENERGY Insulation will be my go-to for any insulation work in the future. They were a pleasure to work with and I'm confident in the quality of their work. I'm picky when it comes to contractors and I really couldn't be more pleased!

From the 1st phone call to the final project they have been very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The job was done in less than 2 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves which is a pleasure to see. I am extremely pleased with the whole process , this is a wonderful company. After our insulation and vapor barrier were destroyed due to flooding from Hurricane Ian, we contacted Rebecca at Energy Insulation. We were very happy with their service. When they removed the old product they also took it away for disposal. While under the house they checked are flooring to assure us there wasn't any water damage. A few days later our new barrier and insulation were installed. The price quoted is what we paid. Very happy with this company and highly recommend.

Great Company! This is the second time we have used Energy Insulation. The first time was in our old 1920s home, to try and improve our insulation and it was great. They had no problem getting in the crawl space to get the job done. This time the job was new construction and their team was always quick and efficient. They were very quick about scheduling, when we called and said we were ready for them, they came on schedule. Rebecca is great about communication and helping with questions or concerns. They are nice people and we recommend them to everyone.

We used Energy Insulation, Inc. to do spray foam insulation on our new home. We are incredibly pleased with the professional job this company did for us. All of their employees were hard working and great to deal with. They left the construction sight cleaner than it was when they got there. We had no overspray ANYMORE! The owners were on sight and extremely accommodating! When you're building a new home there are always ups and down during the process. Energy Insulation, Inc. did a fantastic job adding insulation to my attic. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This firm and its owner are impeccable. I have hired them twice to insulate the attics of my rental homes so my tenants will have reasonable energy bills. About 1,900 sft in total of R-38.

Both times the price has been the best price i’ve found (and I’m a price shopper). Both times, Rebecca did exactly as promised. Both times, my tenants have appreciated it and enjoyed reasonable energy costs.

We’re talking like 35% lower bills. Their leases are 18 months, and 4 years, which is quite unusual. Investors, Insulate your attics; you might get better tenants and longer leases. Tenants care about their power bills.

The employees are timely, hardworking, fun, honest, and do exactly what they promise.

My wife and i are remodeling a house to move into in the near future and had need of a large amount of new insulation. She was the ultimate professional, had the house inspected the next day, gave me an estimate within hours...and then waited patiently for several months until the house was ready for insulation.

She kept in contact throughout (respectfully and at a distance), and got her crew there exactly when she promised. The guys did a GREAT job...covered all the bases...foam insulating every place this old house had exposed to the outside...and put the insulation in properly. The estimate became the invoice without any additional cost and the job was performed quickly as well as professionally.

I have a 20x20 aluminum building next to my house. I already had foam board on the walls but I didn't have anything on the ceilings. I am extremely impressed with how well the spray insulation worked. It makes an immediate difference. It made a nice seal all the way around. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of workmanship from Energy Insulation. I am a contractor myself and in my field, as in all, there are good contractors and bad contractors. This is an excellent contractor. I'm very pleased with the quality of workmanship and professional service. After having a bad insulation contractor work at my house and not properly insulate the underside of my home , I called Energy Insulation and they were able to fix and completely finish my insulation in one day . I couldn't be happier with the results of the job performed and the quality of the closed cell spray foam in my crawlspace and on my air conditioning ducts . It has made a large difference in the temperature of the air coming out of the vents and has made my air conditioning unit not have to work so hard to cool the house . I'm looking forward to feeling the benefits also in the winter months. Thanks for a job well done.
