Just had a new roof, gutters, siding, and shutters put on by Empire Siding Window & Roofing. They were very thorough through the entire process and did exactly as we asked. We got quotes from about 5 different companies, but Empire was the only one with consistent communication and follow up throughout the process. It was an easy decision to go with Empire when they had the best price and track record from other reviews we had read online.

We just recently had Empire replace the siding on our 131 year old home. To save we were nervous about having the old siding removed and seeing any potential damage underneath was an understatement. They did an excellent job though: from Graeme's first visit to fixing a damaged wall (the same day they discovered it!) to the final walk around. The guys arrived on time every day and were able to get the work done in no time at all. The house looks absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased.

We were extemely impressed with every aspect of our window replacement provided by Empire Siding and Windows. The President of the company, Graeme Anderson, provided the informative low-key quote discussion and the price was one of lowest I received. I got quotes from five different companies with a couple of them almost double the price without any additional benefits that I could desern.
The Vinyl Kraft windows I think are good quality and a major selling point is the lifetime warranty on parts and labor for me and a transferable parts warranty when we sell the house.
The installation of the 24 windows was accomplished by a super crew who were meticulous workers and great to work with. They were courteous and enjoyable to watch work and have a friendly conversation with. Graeme and a forman kept in constant contact checking if any other materials were needed (as some sills had rot and had to be repaired before being covered).
When completed everything looked great and we could not be more pleased. Professional, reliable, great price/product and a great experience!
