My home is hardly 5 years old and it already started leaking. I initially asked Steve to inspect and he mentioned you could repair but it's going to get expensive as I have to keep on repairing. I was initially skeptical about roof replacement.

I had a builder warranty and builder sent their contractor to fix the issues and mentioned it's a maintenance issue and not covered under warranty. After the fixes, water started leaking from new places and I reached out to Steve again.

Steve quickly scheduled us and he was very thorough of what all will be done, the material used etc... He also mentioned it might take around hardly 5 sheets of plywood to replace if something has rot.

On the day of demo when the crew started tearing water leaks were all over the decking and then I realized why he mentioned for roof replacement. We ended up 35 sheets of plywood.

The crew took time to replace everything and after the job is complete, they did a thorough cleanup of the property.

We should always encourage good local and small businesses as they bring in lot of value and treat their clients with empathy and respect.

I live out of state and when my property manager told me I needed a new roof, I called Steve at Emerald Mountain Roofing. He got out there same day to give me a comprehensive estimate along with photos. His rates were very competitive and I could tell from talking to him he was a pro. He rearranged his schedule to get to the roof because it was in such bad shape and got it knocked out in 2 1/2 days! He kept in touch the whole time and sent me pictures of the progress and the new roof looks even better than the old roof when it was new. Steve and his crew are professionals, courteous, on-time, reliable and provide a great service at a good price. Emerald Mountain Roofing, LLC Was easy to work with, Gave us clear easy to understand estimate, answered all questions, listened to all my concerns, kept the property clean of all most all debris during the re-roofing process. During the process if anything was found that needed attention we were notified immediately and given pictures of the damage so we could assess the damage and know how to move forward. When they were finished they do a final cleanup of any debris.
We now have a much better roof than it was brand new. We are very happy with the work and the cost was truly fair.

I highly recommend this company! Steve was very communicative throughout the entire process. He explained things and answered questions. He sent pictures of the progress. He was great to work with! The workers were fast and efficient. They cleaned up each night before returning.. it only took 2 days to complete the roof. It was a great experience. If you need a new roof, call this company! Had a great experience with Steve Rose and his crew at Emerald Mountain Roofing. I love supporting a locally owned business and they didn't disappoint. From the competitive pricing, to the customer service, to the quality workmanship and attention to detail, they delivered on all points. They left the worksite as clean as it was when they arrived and my roof looks great. It is hard to invest in a big project like this but when I know that it is money well spent on quality materials that are installed properly with an amazing warranty and a price that I feel is fair - I cant ask for better than that.

Right before winter 2023, I had a fairly large competitive bid to replace my roof. After thorough research, got bids from about 10+ different roofers. Steve was the first one on site, and first to submit a bid.

Very affordable, professional, and communicative.

7 months later, the roof still looks amazing.

Nobody ever wants to replace a roof. However, roofs become damaged over time due to weather and age. After attending my community's HOA meeting, many original homeowners were discussing the need to replace their roofs, indicating it was time for me to consider it as well. When I purchased my home, I hadn't thought about this expense, hoping I'd have another 5-10 years before needing to address it. However, I decided to be proactive and have it inspected.

After some research, I found Emerald Mountain Roofing and spoke with Steve to schedule an inspection. I am really glad I did because the inspection revealed several leaks in my roof that I wasn't aware of. My vents were all cracked and collecting water, which was news to me. Steve gave me a very fair estimate, and we were put on the books for the work. Before starting, he came by to talk with my wife and showed her all the examples of colors and what our options were, which was something I hadn't thought about before.

Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job. They worked with us and our schedule and didn't take advantage of the situation. They could have told me that all the plywood was damaged and needed to be replaced, but they only replaced what was damaged. I also have a skylight, and Steve didn’t push to replace it but gave me a fair price for replacement when I asked.
The roof was completed in just 2 days, and Steve kept me updated with before, progress, and completed pictures.

Additionally, Steve was able to arrange gutter replacement at the same time. Steve is a real stand-up guy—very fair and honest with a hard working crew. I would 100% work with them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

Attached are some before and after photos. As you can see, there was damage that one could not see. Really glad we got this done before damages could have been worse. Thanks again Steve to you and your guys.

Steve was really attentive and dealt with me and my project in a timely manner. He went way beyond what I expected. Hands down 100% I recommend Emerald Mtn Roofing!!!! I watched this company replace a neighbors roof across the street from my home. I was impressed by the workers effort and attention to detail. So I walked across the street to ask what company they were. When I decided I was ready to have my house roof and detached garage roof replaced, Emerald Mtn was the first one I called. I reached out to Steve Rose the company owner to get an estimate. Worth noting, I reached out to 6 companies for estimates. Steve came out the same day, and later that day I had the estimate. I cant say that any of the other companies even came close to that quick of response. During that week prior to the job, I had multiple conversations with Steve Rose, He answered a million questions from me. He offered his professional opinion but also respected my decisions about what roof I wanted and didn't try to up sell me on anything. Steve came out to the job every day and checked with me and his crew. The crew was great and cleaned up when it was all done. There was not direct access to put a dumpster by the house so they had to hand carry all the waste by hand. I could go on and on about his great crew! Cost? By far the best value for the buck! Steve's quote was by far the best price and value for the same materials as the estimates. Actually his estimate included more, for it included new gutters. I will continue to recommend Emerald Mtn Roofing to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with this locally owned business.

I live in a townhome with five buildings and Emerald Mountain recently replaced all the roofs and gutters. They are a great company to work with and did an amazing job. I was impressed with how careful they were not to cause damage to bushes, plants, etc. when removing the old roof. They did a very thorough job and were not in a rush to just get the job done as so many other contractors seem to be. Steve and his whole crew were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
