Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I took 3 months finding the exact vehicle I wanted. Justin was patient, not pushy whatsoever, and he was willing to work up a quote for any vehicle I asked about. Will definitely be back when it comes time to buy again.

Excellent service. Bought a very clean, used vehicle from Ellis Boys at a fair price. Vehicle soon had unforeseen issues - Ellis worked through problems with it and were more than fair with us. Highly recommend this place. I could tell my story but it’s probably not much different than yours. When I needed my vehicle the most, it broke down. Jim in the service department had my vehicle towed to their shop, diagnosed the problem, recommended needed maintenance associated with the repair and had me back on the road in 3 1/2 hours from first contact to leaving the shop. When I tried to tip him he refused and answered “that’s just how we treat all of our customers”.

The only time I’ve purchased a vehicle and not felt like I was being lied to and taken advantage of. Very simple and upfront transaction. No typical used car salesman BS. Will likely be back someday to buy another vehicle.

Service department absolutely rocks! We were visiting relatives in Kansas this summer. On the day we were supposed to head back to Iowa, the starter went out in out Dodge Ram pick up. These folks had us fixed up and on the road in a couple of days! I am a firm believer than small town service can’t be beat!

David was great to work with and got us a vehicle better than we started out looking for and kept within the budget we gave him! We will be back!

Well I’m back in a JEEP! Not MY plan for this summer, however when my 2020 vehicle failed me and drove itself into the lake. I immediately called my last Jeep dealer Josh Ellis. Even though it was a Sunday he picked up the phone, immediately calmed my nerves and walked me thru what I needed to do!!

Your APR rates are great because of it and you earn a membership with the credit union, which means they beat all fees and rates of any other for-profit bank you’re currently with (and most dealerships out there).

-We were pre-approved at several other dealerships. With Ellis Boys, we got a rate under half of what others offered us

-Shopping was easy as 1,2,3. We are Kansas Citians, so being able to do many things from KC was great.

-We love our new truck. Simply put, it is amazing and we get many thumbs up and salutations as we drive it daily. Before taking it home, we got a quick “tour” of all the cool features, many of which we weren’t even aware existed out there. Did I mention we love our truck?

-Their warranties are great! Plus, if you want more, you are able to purchase more.

My husband & I have been doing business with the Ellis Boys for many years. We go where they go! We moved 4 hours south but wouldn’t trust anyone but them to buy a car from. We arranged all the financing online and by phone so all We had to do is make my final pick when we arrived at the dealership. It only took a few minutes to complete our paperwork. Their new dealership is beautiful and you can tell this is a true family business. We appreciate their honesty, dedication and most of all the friendly atmosphere!

Probably the best (and fastest) car buying experience we’ve ever had. David was honest and up front from the very beginning and Joshua wasn’t pushy when it came to additional warranties. The entire process took maybe two hours from the time we walked in to the time we were shaking hands and leaving in our brand new Gladiator Rubicon. If you go to any other CDJR dealership you’ll just be waisting your time. We will definitely be going back for future purchases!
