Elite Restoration came way up to Presque Isle, ME to help me out when I had water damage to my house. They showed up quickly and were able to pull out all my belongings out of the house for me to go through. They then were able to clear three floors of walls, flooring and ceilings in 4 days. Left equipment to make sure the entire house dried out. The crew was very efficient and communicated any problems that arose with me! I would definitely recommend them!!

After a Thanksgiving nightmare and kitchen fire, Elite Restoration quickly came in and removed all of our fire damage. They used special sponges to remove the soot from the rest of the house as well. Jake was especially helpful educating my entire family on the harmful chemicals that we could be breathing in. A special thanks to Bob and Maureen, who went out of their way to make sure my family was fed by bringing us pizzas the night of the incident.

Jake and his crew are amazing and extremely hard working, these people work like I've never seen. My Wife and I reached out to Jake and his crew at Elite Restoration after a mold issue was discovered at our home in Maine. From the first phone conversation to our meeting with Jake at our house to access our mold issues that same day, the entire process was handled extremely professional. He was in communication with us every step of the way.
The interior of our home needed to have the entire gable end drywall and insulation removed, and then the wall studs had to be treated for any residual mold spores. The horrible smell of mold we had is finally gone... The day that Jake showed up with his crew they went right to work. They blocked off the work area from the rest of the house, the entire job was completed without any dust, and the area was completely cleaned with all debris removed. We're totally impressed. Jake and his crew are super nice people and made my Wife and I feel relaxed throughout the whole project. I would call them again in a heartbeat if needed, without hesitation!

The day we were leaving to go across the country, we had a flood in our house. We had around 5 companies come out to see how to fix the problem. Ultimately we went with elite restoration and it has been effortless and flawless! While I was away, Jake checked in with me at every step of the process and I’m finally on the rebuilding phase!

Came home from our winter stay in Florida to find a leak in our ceiling. We called Elite Restoration and Construction and Jake said he would come down that same day to assess. Jake arrived and assessed the situation He took multiple readings using devices that measure the moisture. He left some fans and a dehumidifier to start the dry out process. He returned on Sunday to setup a containment area and cut out the ceiling drywall. He found the leak source and stabilized it until we could get a plumber out there the next day to repair it. Jake came by the next day to check moisture levels and continue the dry out process.

We can’t say enough kind words here to express our sincere gratitude. Jake is so knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain every detail. He is courteous and when he says he’ll be there he is.

The elite restoration company did great work at our home after a water flooding issue in our basement. Expedited service, great explanation of work with reasoning, and fast response to any communications outside of the day of work. As the story goes, our fireplace failed and soot from the smoke and ash covered everything. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn’t find a company that would even return my calls. Then someone recommended Elite Restoration. They not only did they call but were here surveying the damage later that same day. Jake and Lawrence were meticulous in taking samples and photos, together with evaluating each room with state-of-the-art equipment.

Within a matter of days, a full crew showed up, one so pleasant and courteous that you found yourself on a first name basis. We felt reassured with Sarge, Zay and Ricco overseeing the project in such a professional and conscientious way. But the service didn’t stop there, Jake and his folks assisted us with the entire insurance claims process. What a plus.

Had a flood in our basement. These guys came out within 2 hours of my call, arrived around midnight. They were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Jake was in charge of our job. I have never had someone so communicative about what is going on, when the crew will be there, how the job will be done, just everything. From the office staff down to every guy on the crew, just the best. Just had our contractor out to our house this morning to start working on putting the basement back together. Even he was impressed with the work they had done. Would use these guys again and will definitely be recommending them to anyone.

After a leak in my basement, which is also my home office, Bob at elite restoration was very quick to respond and came out the same day. Within 48 hours a team had set up equipment to dry out and eliminate mold. They are very professional and easy to work with!

I just moved into a new house and within the first week the basement flooded due to the heavy rains this summer. I called Elite Restoration (in a panic) and Bob was able to have a team come to my house the same day. He was communicative and followed up with us on our exact appointment time.

Our home, specifically our 850 square foot finished basement was flooded in July. Elite Restorarion arrived within 2 hours from when we called. From the very beginning, Bob and his team were very dedicated to restoring our basement back. They worked earnestly and efficiently to deal with the never ending flow of water. They had to remove tons of furniture, food, drinks and other knick knacks. They unloaded, and packed all the food out of the fridge. I must say, this team is truly remarkable! In April, a small fire occurred in my house and it left us feeling devastated and lost. We had no clue about the next steps or where to begin. The experience I have had with this company was above all my expectaions. The entire staff did an amazing job. Jacob and Cole were there from day one and went out of their way to ensure we understood the entire project. My elderly sister had a flood in her finished basement that required mold remediation and we had to gut it down to the studs. Needless to say she was very overwhelmed. I flew in from out of state to get things started and met with them. I knew from day one my sister was in good hands. Jacob and Cole went above and beyond to keep her informed and feel safe and comfortable thru out the entire project. I was able to return home and they kept me informed with progress and any issues that came up. They were there on time every day and responded to my calls timely. They even sent me pictures so I could see the progress. I don't know how I would of been able to do this long distance without them. Also Kristen at the office was fabulous. My basement including a finished family room was flooded . Elite restoration was easy to get a hold of and Jake and team was at my home within a few hours to start cleanup which included water removal, carpet and drywall removal followed by drying out impacted areas, mold inspection and prevention and leaving blowers and dehumidifiers in place to finish drying process. After experiencing a burst water heater in my basement, the team extracted the water, dried the basement, sent some personal property out to be cleaned , and disposed of damaged walls and wet items. The basement is very neat and clean. I never expected the extent of their services.
