Elite Metal Roof does nothing but metal roofs, so if you’re going to do a metal roof, these are your guys. Because we have an older Cape Cod style house, we used the re-roof as an opportunity to insulate our upstairs master bedroom and nursery by adding 4-inches of polyiso foam on top of the skip sheathing. While some metal roofing companies turned down the job because of this request, Robert and his team said no problem—they had experience doing foam. On top of that they also sealed the wall top plate and added ventilation between the foam and decking to reduce inductive heating and cooling, and did everything with a can do attitude. They also warranty the roof for 10-years, which is on top of the 40-year warranty that Taylor Metals offered. Great roof, great price, great service.

Elite did a nice job on our home re-roof Spring 2018. Elite came recommended by the national metal roof manufacturer, and Robert gave us estimates for various different roof types. We have a fairly large two-story home with a separate building-garage, we went with a 50 yr composition roof. The project included removing old shake roof, installing plywood roof base, installing sealing wrap (whatever it's called), replacing old skylight, installing roof tiles with ridge vent, and the various flashing. Robert, the owner, was very responsive. The job went off without a hitch, on budget/estimate, prompt and thorough clean-up. I highly recommend.
Follow-up - it's been a year, and we've gone through the rainy winter. Robert came out to check on an issue, turns out it was more of a gutter issue than roofing, and an easy fix. Nonetheless, he also added some deflectors just to be sure. So all is good!
