Bryon resurfaced our front porch with new cedar decking and rebuilt the deteriorated stairs, landing and rails. He walked me through the estimate, made recommendations, and provided a clear description of the job. He and his crew arrived on the scheduled days and times. They were always accommodating, pleasant, and professional. The worksite was clean and organized at the end of every day. The new decking looks spectacular and the new stairs and landing are solid and much improved. We will definitely use Affordable Contractor Services again.

Affordable contractor services replaced a deteriorating beam in our courtyard and rehung our current patio door so it would close and latch properly. We found them to be very reasonable in the price they charged for both jobs. Bryon explained what they needed to do in order to complete the jobs. We felt his company did an excellent job. We found him and his staff personable and friendly. They made sure they cleaned up the areas as they worked and didn’t leave a mess. Excellent work coming in and walling off an area. There was a lot of attention to fine detail and corrections made to ensure that the little parts of the project were not lost. After having all of the preventative tarping down, the area that was worked on was cleaned and made ready for life use again. Would highly recommend.

Bryon gave us far more than we expected. Added 1200sq ft, remodeled existing home. Went from small, old and boxy to what we have now. We now have a beautiful, spacious home we want to stay in forever.

I made an appointment for them to come out to give me a quote on a complete bathroom rebuild. I had major water damage. My bathroom had to be gutted down to studs.
They cancelled twice at the time they were supposed to be there. The third time. They sent out just some worker. I took off a half of day off work to be there. Before he left the house he said it would take about 3 days for the quote. 3 weeks later, I text and ask what happened. Why was I forgotten about or blown off. They replied, that there were busy and they would get it to me. I waited another 4 days and received what I consider to be an incomplete quote. They emailed me the quote. I replied with questions. It took them 4 days to get back to me. Still not really answering my questions. So I asked again. Another 4 days went by. I received a two word answer. If they are treating future customs like this.
My gut tells me, that's how there work ethics are going to be.
I'm not willing to take the risk !!!

He does quality work at an affordable price. He stayed on budget and had the project completed in a timely manner. "Refreshing", best describes my experience with Affordable Contractor Services. From the first day when Bryon came to see the job accompanied by three of his crew. They measured, figured out materials, disciplines (electrical etc) that would be needed, through out the house. This I knew would be an serious estimate unlike others I had received.

We received several bids for partitioning off the 3rd bay of a three car garage. Bryan listened to our ideas with helpful suggestions to improve the project. Two walls and a man door were framed, insulated, sheet rocked, mud and taped to provide us with a space for a workshop. The construction turned out even better than we hoped for. But the best thing about the project was that we were handed the keys to our new house at 10:00 am and by 6:00 pm the job was finished. We had Bryon come back and put new flooring throughout our house and completely remodel our kitchen. He completed the project on time and on budget, with truly spectacular results. I appreciate that he brought in quality trades people who listened and made suggestions, helping me create the kitchen of my dreams. I found a couple little problems after we moved back in and Bryon had someone here immediately to get things fixed. He is communicative, responsive, and on-site attending to details. I have nothing but respect for his work and for him as a person.

Affordable replaced a couple of gates on our new home. The work was professionally done and rates were very reasonable. We would call them again if need be.

Brian did excellent work on our fence, so when our 20 year old deck was becoming hazardous we had him out to give us a quote. He responded quickly and was out to our house the same day. He came with sample materials and color options, and we decided to go with a synthetic material which he was excited about and able to do. He also noticed some siding water damage and proposed a very solid design for water drainage in the problem areas. He had our deck done within days after the materials arrived and it came out beautifully. We will absolutely be having him back out for any projects like this. He’s a smart, friendly guy that is honest and wants to do his best work every time. Highly recommended.

Bryon with Affordable Contractor Services was great to work with. We had some siding and roof repairs that needed to be done, and after getting quotes from contractors that specialize on only those advising we replace all of our siding, Bryon arrived to give us an honest quote on only replacing the damage pieces and a fresh coat of paint should be enough to get another 5-7 years before replacing all the siding. He coordinated all the subcontractors he used for painting, roofing and installing the siding. All of the people working our house were respectful and efficient. To top it off he noticed the gate to our chain link fence was the wrong size and replaced it as a surprise. As long as he is available I plan on using Bryon and Affordable Contractor Services in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Called to set an appointment for a quote 48 hours ahead of time. Didn't show up. No call or anything I drove all the way from Camas to Salmon Creek to meet him at my rental house. Wasted my time. Other reviews seem to say he does a good job but I'll never know.

I seem to have found some good luck lately with finding a great contractor. I called Bryon from Affordable Contractor Services to get a quote on building a fence that my wife and I have been putting off for years.

Bryon came out within a day or two, scoped the project and got back to me within a day or so with a quote. He explained how he planned to approach the build, since it wasn't your traditional fence request. Much to my surprise there were details he caught that I hadn't even thought of but even considering the extra time that may take his quote was very much within reason. We hired him immediately!

He was very thorough and had the project wrapped up within a week (allowing the fence post cement to cure for a few days was most of the wait). Overall it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We're very happy with his work and professionalism and will plan to use him for upcoming projects as well.

How often do you see a contractor with 100% five star reviews? Bryon and his crew are consistently excellent. We used him as general contractor who orchestrated a construction team, electrician, plumber, roofers and painters. He understands work flow and all the peripheral decisions that crop up. First thing he did was lay down protective construction paper to keep the workmen's path through our house clean and undamaged. That's the kind of details he notices, and the area was swept at the end of the day. The work, of course, was thorough and pretty wonderful. We will use him for future projects.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryon. We had a flood in our bathroom that required replacing 3 bedroom carpets/trim with LVP, new doors, casing, trim + casing/trim/doors in the hall. The job was somewhat unique in that most of the trim work was stained. It was also unique in that I wanted to gather all of the materials myself.
