Electric City Roofing

Called Electric City Roofing October 28 to get a quote for wind damage to my soffit. They scheduled me for 2:00 on the 29th. I took !/2 a day off work to make sure I was there for them. From 1:00 Worked on some things around the house so I could waive down their guy when he showed. Nobody Showed! Called back 2:30 no answer. Called back @2:50 they said they would have their guy call me back. Their guy called me back just after 3:00, claimed he drove past the house.... That was a lie, I live on a gravel road with very few houses, I would have seen him. Said he was giving his kid a rid and would call me when he was on his way to my place. I tried calling him 5:53 no answer. It is now 6:10, all the other roof repair folks are shut for the evening. My time was wasted, my vacation was wasted, my opportunity to get someone else was postponed until tomorrow. These people are shysters! If I could give negative stars I would.

My home has a very large and steep roof. When the installation began on my wasp and bat infested roof… Not to mention it had cedar shingles….began there were at least 4 guys on the job. Soon there was only 2 workers and this 2 guys worked harder than I ever want to. My roof looks great and hope they know we saw all your hard work! Thank You.

Although I found after a bad storm resulting in damage is not a good time to get a contractor. After 3 no’s and one no show I called Electric City who came out right away and estimated my roof. So far, so good. Then they said with the storm back up they couldn’t get to it until August. That was February.
However, I checked back with them in May to see how things were progressing. They asked if there was a problem, I told them the roof was worse that I could see through it. Within 3 weeks they came out and had my TPO roof installation done in one day. Excellent service, excellent job, fabulous crew. Electric City Roofing is you best choice for the job.
