I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the outstanding service you’ve provided over the years—especially when it comes to taking care of my grandmother’s HVAC needs. Steven has been helping her for over 14 years, and we’re so grateful for his continued dedication. His attention to detail and personable approach have always made her feel well taken care of and confident in the work being done. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, kind, and thorough. I also want to give a big thank you to Sherry, who is always incredibly nice and understanding whenever we call. Her warmth and professionalism over the phone make a huge difference and reflect so well on your company. It’s a comfort knowing my grandmother is in such capable and caring hands. This company serviced my new build home. I have tried to reach out to them since March and have not received a phone call yet! Before I go deeper into their customer service and their products, I will wait and see if they reply now with the 1 star, which it shouldn't even be that , before I go to the Better Business Bureau!

E&E is always there for us when we need them. We’ve had them install hvac at two of our houses, a new boiler, a new sewer line, fix roof flashings and emergencies like leaky pipes and backed up sewer drains. With our MSA they come twice a year to maintain our environmental equipment and are always professional and responsive.

Quick, professional, and affordable. My hot water heater took a went to the big appliance graveyard. John and his crew had me up and running again very quickly. Total pros. Highly recommend!

I had a frustrating experience with this company. I called E and E to have a commode installed and I have the toliet. I also asked when they could come. The representative put me on hold and then came back with a quote of $400 for the installation. Remember I wasn't asking for a price I was asking when. When I asked why it was so expensive she said it was their standard fee. Feeling taken aback by the steep price, I called another nearby service. They only charged $125, including some small parts. I'm wondering if the first quote was a rip-off or not for them to quote someone $400 to install a commode which is a relatively simple task. that's a one hour job at most.

Superior work! Reliable and very prompt if an emergency arises! Shout out to Sherry who always meets my needs with scheduling. A big shout out to Steven who does his job exceptionally! Highly recommend!!! Will always use!

Excellent resolution of what appeared to be an unusual electricity problem. It took no time for them to listen to the issues and quickly zoom in on the problem. All fixed! Polite, knowledgeable and quick. Great combo! If you have issues call E & E today.

E&E has consistently provided the highest quality of service since we started working with them in 2022. Thad, our fantastic serviceman, was able to immediately identify a serious problem with our HVAC system and quickly rectify it. We have Thad come every six months to service our HVAC units. He does a thorough job every time and even discovered a leak from our water heater which we didn’t realize was over 20 years old. We had E&E assist us with replacing the water heater and again, high quality service. Big thank you Thad and all the E&E staff! You are appreciated!

E & E replaced my water service line to my residence. The work they did was excellent. The crew was very respectful and professional. They came back in two weeks put down topsoil and reseeded the yard. I would highly recommend them. John came on Monday to give an estimate and the crew was here on Wednesday and had the repair done by lunch time.

E&E is the best for plumbing and heating maintenance and repair. Thad Miller is an excellent serviceman. We trust him to tell us what needs to be done and he always does excellent work.

I do not normally write negative reviews but wanted to share this to warn people away from E&E Plumbing. I called to request a technician to come to repair my garbage disposal. I was told the base service fee was $99. When the technician arrived it took him 4 minutes to show me the problem. A dish rag was lodged in the disposal and was removed intact. The technician then hit a reset button and was done. Again, the whole process took 4 minutes. I received an invoice for $164. I assumed if any service was a base job, it would be this, so I was anticipating $99. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was the labor involved on top of the base fee. This seemed exorbitant considering the labor involved hitting a reset button. They were inflexible and unsympathetic. I felt taken advantage of because I was unfamiliar with the disposal operation and they used that to inflate their price unreasonably. I suggest finding another service provider more trustworthy.

I highly recommend E & E Plumbing! They came within an hour of our call & quickly diagnosed the problem, then made a plan to correct it. Once they had repaired the problem, they thoroughly tested to be sure there were not any other issues. E & E saved the day!! Call them when you need a reliable & knowledgable plumber.

I own a small house beside a property they own and their tree damaged my house. A tree branch somehow went into the siding, damaged several shingles and put a hole in the roof. When confronted them was told not our problem. If they damage something be prepared to fight to get them to take responsibility.

Normally this wouldn’t bother me so much but I only own it because my sister died who owned the house. Dealing with her death, being hospitalized myself for what ultimate killed her then my dad dying in November, the last thing I need is not my problem I made your life harder.

In reply to your reply. Strange tenant said you owned the house and even tried to find the owner though her phone was off due to dying. Seems you would have mentioned that at outset when we spoke by email but never came up till a public conversation. Nice try.

Dave from E&E came to our home for the 2d time this year for two separate issues and both times solved our plumbing issues. Dave is very professional, efficient and courteous. He pinpointed our problem, solved it and double checked everything before leaving. He is a very valuable asset to E&E and can be depended on to get the job done.

I had an emergency where I had two feet of water in my crawl space because my sump pump had quit working. My air handler was almost in the water. I called and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Their dispatcher and the men who came to my house were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They installed a new sump pump and kept me from losing my air handler. Highly recommend them!

As a GC, these are some of the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with! John (owner) and all of his crew are great guys (including Travis, even though he's a pain in the a$$). Quality work and they stand behind their warranty

Beware of this place. Took them 3 months to half way rough in my new construction. When I called and asked when they were coming back to finish Steve cussed me told me I was at the bottom of the list since I was bugging them. Then after waiting another week we’re told they were abandoning the job after they were paid in full. Never received compensation and had to pay for our electrical, plumbing, and hvac twice. You’ve been warned.

Effective immediately! Results I didn’t expect but knew were needed 100% ! Enjoy office staff as well! Stephen (Both) are great people, Stephen not the owner? Is a hard worker!

Awesome team! We were hit by lightning and knocked out our AC (and furnace). They not only replaced the units, but they noticed we didn't have grounding rods and recommended adding them, we did. Furnace parts are ordered.

E&E replaced my entire HVAC system in less than 6 hours. They were extremely polite and incredibly professional. I could not be more satisfied with the service they provided.

Had Steven form E&E out today, best technician I've ever had! Knowlegeable, polite, solved a problem no other technician could figure out since we had the house built in 2018. Highly recommend Steven!

These guys are professional and prompt. They had my sink up and running in under 1.5 hours. I will be using them in the future.

Visit one, he spent the time there complaining about how he had no help, mansplaining 101 plumbing terms AFTER I told him I did most of the repairs in the house, and leaving trash in the yard. $700.00, but the came next day, so I expected it to be high. After the problem wasn't fixing on that first visit, I made sure my husband was there so I didn't have to be talked to like a child. He did the exact same thing to clear the plumbing, then tried to charge us another 395.00, even though there is a 365 day warranty ON THE RECEIPT. He again left trash in my yard. Avoid these people. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

I can't sing the praises E&E loud enough!!!! In summer of 2021, I had a "contractor" demo my entire master bath, take $5600 for "materials" & never return. At that point, I decided to contract out the different jobs myself. I called E&E about installing the rough in plumbing & within a couple of days, John Rorrer & plumber Herbie stopped by to give me an estimate. I began explaining my plight about the former "contractor" when John offered to "finish the job" for us! The bath had sat for months totally gutted however, John had his team begin the remodel almost immediately! Someone on his crew was at my house almost daily until the job was completed! Kirk Riggan took over the contracting of all services needed going forward & handled almost everything from there! The master bath is totally completed now & we LOVE IT!!! Can't recommend E&E highly enough. Great job guys!

E&E did an excellent job replacing my water heater. Called them the morning my wife found it leaking and they had someone out in about an hour to swap in the replacement. They were at my house a little over an hour and had everything back up and running, and even hauled my old unit & cardboard away for me. Would definitely recommend, and will use them for future work.

The water main was pooring water water while I was stuck at work. Of the 9 "emergency plumbing" services my wife called, E&E was the only one willing to change plans to send someone over to get things settled. Herby really impressed my wife with how nice, courteous, and understanding he was. They were out the next morning to finish the job. Even better, Herby called my wife a few times the next day until he got her, to let her know how the job went and final instructions. My wife and I are impressed with their professionalism, and will be using them again.

E and E did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen! They were organized, efficient, tidy, and had great suggestions. They helped me navigate with vendors (like applicances) so that everything came together exactly as I'd imagined. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone!

We have used E&E many times for plumbing needs and went with them for an upgrade project to install HVAC and run ductwork in an attic space, update electrical to 200 amp service, install lights and a few additional odds and ends. The workers showed up early or on time as communicated throughout the entire project. The estimate was fair and the work, service and project management were great. Great company to work with!

Just had to replace a 12 year old gas unit they installed. Numerous service calls documented in unit and some things bypassed on unit. Was obviously not running right with soot from a propane unit. Called to basically make them aware their previous service of unit was most likely not done correctly and perhaps use this unit as a training moment and nothing but “sorry to hear that” from the receptionist. Initially she said they had never been here. Sorry but a 12 year old unit should not have to be replaced this soon considering it was obviously not set up right in the first place and probably aided in ruining the heat exchanger quicker than would be expected. I was in the trade for years doing this so I am not blind to what happens when equipment is not serviced or installed properly. Your company will certainly go in my do not call list.

Fast and reliable. I called in the morning and they were able to come out by noon and my problem was fixed by 4pm. Reasonable prices

They obviously don't need anymore customers as they were unwilling to work with my particular needs, unwilling to listen or bend from their own idea from the way things "have to be"! Oh well, there's plenty of other very good service providers out there and I found one, don't need E&E!

E&E has done a lot of work for us over the years -- plumbing repairs, new service installation, heating system and general problem fixing. Both the managers and the technicians are professional, very responsive, and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable and fair. They give good, objective advice and have helped us work through some challenging renovation updates and repairs in an older home. They are great to work with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When presenting me with an estimate the first estimate that I was shown by the serviceman was $157.00. I thought this was the total for a toilet set replacement and two drains cleared in a tub. I was charged in total, $99 for the toilet seat, $119.45 to clear a bathtub drain, and $157.00 to clear another bathtub drain in the downstairs bathroom. I have never been charged such high prices! Avoid this company at all costs - because believe me, you're gonna pay.

We have had E&E do the work in a house we are remodeling and they have been great to work with. Very responsive when you call them. Very patient if you change your mind about what you want done! The work is done in a timely and professional manner. We will continue to use them whenever we need someone for plumbing, heating or air conditioning! Great job, everyone!

E&E did a complete bathroom renovation for me and they are terrific. They took there time, addressed any of my concerns and the finished product is just great. I did not have to arrange for any part of it, it was all taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. They also added an outdoor shower which is terrific and helped me close it up properly for winter. The design was creative and very functional. Just love the outcome!!!!

OK, imagine Christmas morning, and a cold Christmas morning at that, and one of your tenants has no heat and their furnace thermostat is saying a valve is stuck and they have no heat. Who do you call? We called E & E Plumbing and before I knew it (literally) the owner was at the house and determining the problem. Though it took the next day to remedy, I knew our tenants were not in a harmful situation. Thanks to John Rorrer and E & E Plumbing for being there - on Christmas morning! What more can you ask?

E&E has done a lot of work for me this year since purchasing my home. They have cleaned my duct work, installed central AC, and replaced my furnace. Everyone involved did a great job and we will have them do any future work as well!

Very pleased with the service we received. Technician was courteous and professional, removed his shoes to walk on my carpet. Took pictures to explain the issues to me and seemed very knowledgeable in his field. He even had all the parts needed on hand so the problem was fixed the same day!

This company would not sell me the part I needed to repair my heating unit. I understand that they would rather charge me an excessive amount to come out and replace the $15 dollar part themselves however it is all the way around bad business. Luckily another company sold me the part and they will get the positive review they deserve. The staff here was also incredibly rude.

I called this company in late October. 2016, because we knew the owners. However, was very disappointed in the explanation by tech sent as to what we needed! Plus estimate given was $1,432.00 including service call!
Repairs needed made by another local company who had replaced the "Capacitor" in June 2015, for $890.00 LESS, and didn't need everything we were quoted!

I called today to request a plumber. I was informed they no longer have the man power to work for me and that my plumbing was too old for them to work on. The advertisements on their website references working on OLD leaking faucets. I guess that is a lie. Very poor and unprofessional response from the receptionist. I will make sure to let everyone i know about their response today. Shame on you E & E!

Had them come for a complete bathroom remodel. Not only did it take twice as long as I expected, the finish job was horrible. The main person we worked with was rude, the worker took a smoke break every ten minutes, and a bathroom that is not holding up. We got a shower unit, I had to call them back in about 10 months to redo the caulking and I have since had to patch it and then completely tear it out and redo it, only to find there was a huge mold problem in behind it. I painted the walls in the middle of the project, they left it "ready to paint" but I had to sand and re-patch for several hours before it was ready (and it still looks far from professional). It's less than 2 years old and I noticed some of the grout in the floor tile coming up. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
