Chief's Gutter Service

These guys were great!! Professional!! Excellent installation of over 1000ft of new gutters and 30 downspouts. Very commumicative. Built gutters on site for a custom installation. Only seams were at corners. Install was proven by successfully draining massive rain last weeks. Finished the job in 2.5 days with 2 rain outs midday. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly on the phone and when they came out to do the estimate they were even more friendly. Will update after installation. Today they showed up on time and was quick to get the entire house done with gutters. They look excellent. They took the time to answer all questions that I had. Will use them again and tell everyone about them.

No communication skills. Used them in my Suffolk house for gutter repairs and once on site the workers do a great job. Office does not return calls. Had a scheduled meeting at my Norfolk house and they did not show up. Did not return numerous calls after that. Would not recommend them due entirely to their office staff behavior.

The guys came out and did an awesome job.
Professional and on time.
We had some rotten wood issues and they fixed that also.
Would recommend then to anyone!

I could not give them 5 stars for the following reasons, I will say that they have a real customer service issue with response to calls, I to had the same problem however, when they finally respond the work is great, the install went smooth and we were very satisfied with their service. Having said that, upon my last two service visits Chief’s fail in giving written quotes which I find frustrating because both visit there was some question of what the quote was in the original estimate. If they address those two things it would make huge improvements in my experiences. Nonetheless, they have enlisted a new customer and I will do business with them again.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Excellent work and they won't deplete your bank account. I had one of his guys come out and give me an estimate in 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I rarely write reviews but want to thank Chiefs Gutter Service for exceptional service today at both of my houses that were in desperate need of a good gutter cleaning. I was able to schedule both houses for the same day, and the team was prompt, professional and thorough at each location. It was tough to find a company who cleans gutters and I am glad I found Chiefs. Thank you!

Came out to repair a gutter. They did not fix it properly and then would not return my calls or messages. Then they sent a bill for the work even though they never fixed it. I finally had to hire someone else to do the gutter repair. Customer service seems to be horrible and they would not reply to me at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of my time. And NO I did not pay that bill.

Left THREEE messages trying to get them to come out and give me an estimate. No reply at all!!! Three strikes your out. I went somewhere else to get my gutters. Terrible business that does not even bother to reply to customers and does not seem to want any new business. Very disappointed in them.

I used Chief's a month ago and they were great! They were there on time and did quality work for a fair price.
