As best I can tell, this is who is pouring concrete at the new business site in the Marshalls parking lot. Unfortunately, they do not appear to be following safety guidelines while pouring concrete. My son and I were screamed at while trying to walk to our car. They had not put up cones in the area and it is a public parking lot. We had no idea we couldn’t walk there, and the gentleman who approached us was extremely aggressive to the point that I felt uncomfortable and called the police to keep them on the phone with me while we walked to the car.
