I will say for the most part the work is pretty good however just so long as you don't have to reach back out to the company you're good I have been trying to touch base with someone in regards to some damage to my home that's supposed to be covered under warranty however my messages and phone calls has gone unanswered oh well I guess that's how the game goes this company is very kind until the job is done but apparently they do not honor their warranty there's this constant Loop of people that you have to reach out to but when I was trying to get the job done everyone made their self available to me and was very accommodating but again I guess that's how things go once the job is done very frustrating and no I would not recommend this company unless you would like to be ignored once you spend your thousands upon thousands of hard-earned money

Eco Gen'l Contractors was very helpful in facilitating an insurance claim that covered 70% of the cost of our house siding, including siding for a previously un-sided portion. It was a big project and they did an excellent job scheduling it and completing all work within their estimated time. They used a large crew who worked 3 long days and completed the whole project! The siding looks terrific and was a significant improvement. I used Eco for a add-on job to repair our front porch wood-work, which they scheduled so that it was completed just prior to the siding.

This company is affiliated with JR Adjusters. You can check the addresses, they're the same. Eco General contractors left a card at my house and said they noticed my roof had weather damage that should be covered by my insurance. When I asked them to come out for an estimate, they gave me cards for Jr Adjusters and asked me to sign a contract, saying that they had ample evidence that all of the damage to my roof was from weather and that they would meet with my insurance adjuster to make the case. When the adjuster came out, their representative didn't say one word. When I got only $900 to fix my roof, the company never bothered to call me back after leaving repeated messages for 3 months. I'm unable to use my insurance payment since the check has their name on it. I've hired someone else since I've had 3 more months more water damage to my house and cannot wait to repair it.

Complete Roof replacement, and siding installation! Work was done well, when there was an issue, Manny went out of his way to address it! Always honest, and eager to make us happy with the results! Siding came in the wrong color (my fault) but when Manny heard about it, he got the correct color siding delivered same day!! I was ready to settle for what was delivered, and he went out of his way to "make it right". Would recommend them, and Manny without reservation.

I am pleased with my home. I would say to have all images of what you want documented for any project you’re on so you have a track record of what you want— this should be common sense for any job but since I was on a full house renovation working with multiple contractors I forgot the design we agreed on. However, overall, everything worked out and I’m happy with the end results

I don’t really do reviews but I am very displeased with this company and the work that was done to my house. The design and materials I asked for were payed for but not done. Now roof is leaking. I am not very happy. Now they want answer the phone.

Ecoshield did an amazing job replacing my siding and installing a new roof last summer. My house was pretty shabby beforehand, it suffered from a hail and wind storm...it looked awful. These folks came out right away and handled all the paperwork with my insurance....Manny was awesome:). The work was performed quickly and professionally....and I’m in love with the new color of my house. Love driving up to it everyday❤️.
