This contractor never showed up, took our money and didn't follow through. He would say he's going to come and wouldn't show up for over a week. Broke several things in our house. Lied about getting a building permit. Put a beam up and then didnt screw in the beam holding the second floor. Also didn't put insullation in and covered with sheetrock. Awful experience.
Chris replaced my roof due to lots of leaking and I am happy to say it was all worth it. He was also a joy to have the pleasure of meeting and have him be the one to replace my steal roof.
