East Coast Residential was recommended to me by A friend/contractor. I’d like to thank Larry for his quick response to two of my roof repairs that a previous Roofer who caused issues not mentioned. He is courteous and professional, and they did a neat and clean job. The price was extremely fair. thank you, Larry.

My roof leak in many different places. Larry came out and told me the bad news that the roof needed to be replaced. I braced my self for the bad news. His people came out and replaced the roof and their work was EXCELLENT. The roof looks better than it ever did. They didn’t leave any mess behind. The whole roof was done in 2 days and I am very happy. I will happily recommend Larry and his company to anyone who needs their roof done. Oh and the price was very reasonable. THANK YOU AGAIN LARRY! From the first call, Larry was responsive & very professional. I needed some work on my chimney which was done perfectly. My roof and gutters were then replaced. The crew was so polite and they cleaned up every day. I had 2 layers of roof on my house so it all needed to be torn off. It was a big messy job but I couldn't be more happy with the results. Larry gave me a more than fair price (I know because I received other estimates that were as much as 5k over what East Cost quoted). I felt confident that the job would be done well - they had done my neighbor's roof and he was very happy with it too). Larry is the "old school" contractor I wish there were more of - on site checking everything was going well and we were happy with the progress. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend This company. Very professional and extremely happy with the results. Gutters were perfectly fitted and the repair on my vinyl siding was done perfectly. Larry is a perfectionist and will make sure the job is done right!

Highly recommend the team at East Coast Residential. They have completed numerous projects on our place (fan, microwave installation, misc. repairs) and it is always done to our liking. They are professional, call ahead and clean up! Will use again in the future.

Fast response with great service. Had loose gutter, called in the evening, came in the next day and fixed the problem. This is the second time I have used their service. I recommended Larry to another person and he was very satisfied too. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend again.

I would 10/10 recommend East Coast Residential for any of your needs. From the first day I called, Larry was punctual and efficient. I needed to have the downspout replaced on the outside. He came by my house to check out the work and provide an estimate the same day I called. The next day I called and was able to schedule time for him and his crew to come back out for the replacement. I had to work in the office and the team was flexible and came to do the work anyway. They were all on time, very professional and everything looks perfect. Larry and East Coast Roofing are the best!!!!! I got VIP service and the truth. I was sooo stressed out about having a leak in my roof. He found exactly what the problem was and even though being back logged, found time for this homeowner in his VERY busy schedule. It was a quality job, I know a lot about roofing because of him as he educated me on specific aspects on what my issue was. I am forever grateful.

Larry, owner and operator of EAST COAST RESIDENTIAL, LLC is professional, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable! I am currently renovating my family home in Hillside NJ and I've used Larry already multiple times. He has extensive experience with not only roofing, skylights, gutters and flashing but knows how to work seamlessly with my other sub-contractors to keep the project moving forward without hiccups. He was able to diagnose a couple of issues early on during the renovation that allowed me to make informed decisions! He and his polite and attentive crew replaced three skylights from 1985! The work was done perfectly, with attention to detail a top priority. Larry is staying on the project to install my new gutter system as well as act as an advisor to my hardscape and carpenter. I'm more than happy with his craft. I own three rental properties and a primary home in Los Angeles...I know how hard it is to find quality contractors! Larry is friendly, punctual, and down to Earth. Had him take a look at my leaking roof and he quickly figured out where is leak was coming from and promptly had it repaired. The time from me Googling and finding him, to my roof being repaired, was less than 4 hours. Work was quick and thorough, and did not require me to purchase any materials beforehand.
