We hired Nunez Roofing for our home in Summit. Mr. Nunez came give us an estimate, and a time frame which he met. We agreed to his suggested roof type, shingle color to match our siding and bricks. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and a reasonably priced. Today you have to be very careful with hiring a contractor, but from the first visit we felt Mr Nunez was trustworthy.

Dealing with contractors can be a lot of negative things these days. Nuñez Home Improvement is the exception. We contacted Santi to get an estimate on siding repair or replacement and roof issues due to a suspected leak. He was very honest and gave his professional opinion without pressure. We replaced our siding / gutters and the smaller roof with the company. The whole time during the job he was always communicating with any update / issue or double checking to make sure we were on the same page with the details of the job. He worked with my wife on many of the design and details elements to make sure from functional and visual perspective, it was the best result possible. Most importantly he is an honest man who values his and his company's reputation. He takes care of it by delivering the best work product and customer service we have experienced with contractors.
We will definitely continue to work with Nuñez in the future. Professionalism is hard to come by, but you get it with Nuñez Home Improvement.

Very professional and does the job really well. We initially had them fix our roof 2023 i think and it was done right away and so reasonably priced. Now, we just had them fix our dilapidated garage and it was smooth, very easy to communicate and done very quick. We have our windows as our next project with them soon. So it says that we like how they work!

Nice guys. Pretty thorough and efficient for a small crew.They did a good job for what they had to work with, a full tearoff two rooves down to the rafters with new plywood. The price landed in the middle of the many others I got, which is where you want to be. I'll suggest also, it does pay to consider guys from close by.

Nunez Home Pro is worth waiting for. I had a leak from the flat roof for many years. Many roofers came and did patch-work, charged me a lot of money and never were able to fix the problem. Nunez Pro company knew exactly what needs to get done. They did a total reconstruction of the flat roof, changed siding adjacent to the flat roof, window frames and gutters. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after their work was completed. The price was reasonable. The new flat roof held up nicely to the recent major rainfall. I can finally stop worrying about every approaching storm. They are hard to get but worth waiting for.

Nuñez is a very polite professional roofing contractor that replaced my mom’s roof. He was able to find the problem fast and get it repaired the same day.

He also repaired mine a year later from a leakage and other potential issue due to a misplacement of nails.

I made an appointment with Nunez Homepro for Friday at 12 pm. They show up at my house on Thursday at 12 pm while I was at work only my wife was home. They didn't even rang the doorbell they only called me. I couldn't pick up cause I was busy then I get a text saying and I quote "My guys left we no comeback" I text back and told him we have a Friday appointment not Thursday appointment his response was Sorry. So he texts back can he come Friday at 8:30 am my response was I cant but i can do 10:00 am his response was No Problem come Friday I get a no calll no show seriously he isn't very professional or reliable. I have pictures of our conversation to provide proof if needed.

We had our roof replaced. Santiago was honest and professional. His team worked diligently. The project took five days and they came on time and cleaned up every evening after they left. Santiago came daily to inspect and ensure we were happy with the progress.

Santiago is a gem, he is very passionate about his work. He also has a dedicated team. I don’t think 5 stars is enough for his work. We never have a luck on a contractor before until we met him. His quote was reasonable compared to others. He also provided us his honest opinions. He and his crews are very detail orientated. They took their times to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked on our house like his own house. Every morning he stopped by to make sure everything went as planned and answered all the questions we had. They went above and beyond. We are really lucky we hired him.

Santiago Nunez did a fantastic job on our home. He was very professional and prompt. He was very knowledgeable about the products used and best way to fix what we needed. Santiago and his team sealed our asbestos siding and redid our whole homes siding including the soffits and fascia. He painted our foundation and sealed it as well as put brand new lights in the front and back. Santiago also made our chimney look brand new. We were very pleased with his kindness and workmanship.

Unfortunately after my review, below, my roof had other leaks show up (not related to the fix which worked great) so we decided to replace the whole roof. The communication, work, and cleanup were done very well. I also had a new attic ladder done at the same time which was completed quickly and exactly as we asked.

Smooth process, I put in a request online, and within a day I got contacted, and set up a day for the estimate. Then, the day the project took place it was completed in a few hours. I'm not sure if I consider the company professional. After reading lot of good reviews, I contacted the company to look at what's causing the leak. They advised me to redo the entire roof. The price was very competitive compared to other contractors qoute I received, so I agreed. So my overall experience with the company is: after 1 week of rubber roof install, I had massive water leaks into my wall. They did comback after a week to fix what they claimed was wrong with the gutter they installed incorrectly. When it came down to making payment, the guy requested that I pay via zelle and no other ways. And fast forward a year later, I had to provide my insurance carrier with the invoice confirming that I had roof job done recently, and when I called Nunez and requested for the invoice, he simply said it's old and we don't have any records and didn't assist me with in the matter of simply receiving a copy of invoice confirming the work was done by them. This made me feel uncertain of warranty that I have with this company since no singed document was provided with warranty details. I should have asked for it back then, but all I can do is advise others to be aware. If you run into issues after a year or so, you may get a good price, but after spending thousands, which is still a lot, you may not get warranty for them to come back and fix any issue.

Amazing, proffesional, fiendly, efficient and very on point customer service. Very quick response to any questions, doubts, concerns or issues that came along the way while they were replacing the Siding, Gutters and some doors on our property. Honest people that were willing to make you safe money and time on stuff that didn't really need to be replaced. At the same time they recommended some updates and improvements that benefited our home's functionality for not a huge difference on the price. They performed a very detail oriented job. My family and I just moved into the area of Roselle and we were just noticing things around the house that needs attention. So I decided to check Google and came across glowing reviews for Nunez Home Improvement. We were in need a gutter services and I decided to put a request for a quote through the website.

Within an hour or less I got a call from Santiago and he said he was able to come by to look over our gutters. He came by and greeted me with a smile and a handshake then told me he already knows what needed to be done and took time to explain it to me. While looking for a contractor to make renovations to our home we were lucky enough to stumble across Nunez Home Improvement through a google search. The experience was great from the initial phone call until the end of the project. They did our roof, siding windows, removed an outdated sun porch and replaced it with a new sliding door, new front and back steps, new concrete patio and roof overhang and installed outdoor ceiling fans. A couple of months ago, my wife and I noticed the 2inch mulch bed around the house had eroded in very specific patches and that water would pool in front of the house whenever it rained...

So one day while it was pouring, I decided to step out and saw that our built in gutters (Yankee gutters) weren't working as they should. There were several problematic areas that required immediate attention. Unsure of whether we wanted to repair our Yankee gutters or replace with standard gutters, we started calling around for quotes.

We called 7 places and received quotes from 5 different contractors- ranging from $5K-$10K. We graded each vendor on a number of factors, and Santiago came out on top in each - especially when it came to our pre-sales interactions & engagement. He took the time to educate me on the issues, provided an honest quote to replace the gutters, and his follow-up felt like that of a longtime pal checking in. Being in sales myself, I really appreciated his thoughtful, assertive (but non-aggressive) approach.

...And so we booked Nunez Home Improvement.

They ripped out the old built in gutters (which included the edges of the roof) as well as all the rotted wood underneath and rebuilt all soffits and fascia with fresh wood and aluminum. They also put in new gutters & gutter guards... and our home has never looked better. Huge shout out to Manuel who primarily worked on our place, and you can tell the love he has for the craft... our place is a reflection of it!

I am quite impressed with this company. Whilst their estimate was a bit higher than another I received, I am so happy that I went with Santiago Nunez’s company because I had a recurring roof leak over my small den attached to my house. I paid to have the whole roof repaired by a shoddy carpenter who unbeknownst to me did not have roofing experience and here I was 3 years later with the same leak as before. I knew I had to get a super knowledgeable company who could finally fix the recurring problem. I know that my roof will now stand the test of time. Manuel (worker) did a fabulous job with his partner. They were both nice, professional, quiet and very clean with the job. Constantly tidying up as they went. But what is most impressive is the many steps they took on the roof repair. They put down quality plywood, then a black protective shield, then the weather resistant paper and more importantly, flashings throughout the side adjacent to wall of house, and some metal shield as well along wall under siding because they wanted to ensure that my leak problem would never happen again. The many steps were incredible, something my carpenter did not do at all hence the repeat leak 3 years later! I also decided to have them redo the roof on my shed…same problem, leaky roof because my carpenter did that repair too. I know they say in business to never cut corners and you get what you pay for and unfortunately, I did that 3 years ago. But I finally feel so comfortable knowing I made the “best” decision ever with my home and I’m so happy to finally have peace of mind that I won’t be seeing a wet floor on a rainy day…yay. Gracias!
