It has been an absolute pleasure working with Bill! Just finished a large and complex deck and patio job with outstanding results. I can’t say enough about Bill’s perseverance through all the challenges with getting county approvals and his flexibility in adapting our designs as needed. It is rare for contractors to demonstrate as much personal investment in their clients’ projects as Bill does and we truly appreciate it. He went above and beyond in representing us with the county and then in meeting our exacting needs. All with a great attitude and friendly but professional demeanor. This has a been a fabulous experience - Bill and Dynamic Renovations truly define the standard for integrity and quality in this industry. Recently I had a concrete patio poured by contractor who did not know what he was doing. It was a DISASTER and there was no way to fix it other than demolition and start from the beginning. Dynamic Renovations was working on my daughters pavement at the time. They had also built an amazing deck and patio on the back of the house. She told Bill the story and he contacted me immediately and came over the next day and fit me in to their extremely busy schedule. Bill patiently explained everything that needed to be done and reassured me that everything would me ok. I was able to watch the whole process. Within a few days, the team started demoing and the patio was finished! The whole experience with Dynamic Renovations Team was positive, professional and expert craftsmanship. LESSONED LEARNED: Don’t cut corners when it comes to decks, patios and concrete! You will end up saving money and stress with Dynamic Renovations!!! One very thankful customer :)

Dynamic Renovations has been wonderful to work with. They literally take care of EVERYTHING - from planning, directly answering my HOA's questions, dealing with the county, and everything in-between. As a first-time homeowner (who recently dealt with a not-so-great contractor for major repairs), I genuinely appreciated Bill's patience when explaining every step of the process and answering my very detailed questions (seriously, I would send him a novel of questions). He does a great job making sure his clients are comfortable and taken care of. My new Trex deck looks amazing and I can't wait until the team finishes my new patio and fence! Dynamic Renovations just finished our master bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with the result. Bill made the process easy. They started on Monday, taking down the old deck, and finished that Friday with a brand new deck. It is beautiful and very solid. We highly recommend this company.

Bill and his team did a beautiful job on the deck resurface and expansion. The quality of the work was genuinely outstanding. They had an attention to detail I appreciated and great flexibility on design changes. I would definitely recommend there workmanship.

Demo’ed a 1970s bathroom and installed all new floor, tile, shower/tub, vanity, added additional lighting and exhaust fan. Three week job ended on time. Workers cleaned up at the end of each day. We had good communication with workers, supervisors and administrators. We are very happy with our new beautiful bathroom.

I found Dynamic Renovations, Inc on thumbtack and reached out to schedule an estimate. Bill was very responsive and we quickly scheduled a time to discuss the project and get an estimate. After doing some shopping around, I decided Dynamic Renovations was the best fit, not only because of my budget but because of how organized and knowledgeable Bill and his team were. They worked with me throughout the entire process ensuring things moved along with permitting, HOA, and keeping me updated on the availability of material. In about a month time, I gained the approval from my HOA and we began demo and construction of the new deck the following week. From start to finish, the whole process took just 5 days, incredible. Bill and his team did so wonderful, I'm having them demo and redesign the porch that sits just next to the deck. Dynamic Renovations did a phenomenal job installing a new deck over our old wood deck. The old deck needed much repair, but after discussing with Bill he gave us the benefits of replacing the existing deck with a no-maintenance Fiberon Composite with vinyl railing. The deck was installed within days after the materials were delivered, and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our deck is the envy of the neighbors on our street, as we invited several of them over to take a look. Bill’s crew was courteous and professional and did a tremendous job. I won’t hesitate at all to call them again for any projects we may have in the future.

I now have a beautiful deck, thanks to Dynamic Renovations. My only regret is that I couldn’t get a bigger, designer-like deck (HOA restrictions). This is the most responsive and respectful contractor with whom I have worked, and I would/will have them do any and all renovations I need. I am more than pleased with their top quality work. The administrative staff is on top of everything and bends over backwards to help. I highly recommend!

Dynamic Renovations was awesome. From Day 1, Bill was helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating. We had a design concept in mind and he helped us refine, edit, and enhance that design. His crew showed was professional and able to make the last minute changes we wanted.

We requested several quotes from different deck builders in the area. Dynamic wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest but Bill was the most willing to work with us on the project scope to make sure we stayed on budget and got a deck we are thrilled with.

Dynamic Renovations did an outstanding remodel of our bathroom from start to finish. Their crew was professional and cleaned up every day before leaving. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly. We had a challenging bathroom and they were patient with us as we moved forward with the project.

We did a major remodel of our kitchen with Dynamic Renovations in early 2021. We are incredibly happy with the results. Tim and his team were highly responsive, professional, and his crew did high quality work. Jorge and Carlos were extremely courteous, professional, on-time, and kept the jobsite clean every day.

We had decided on a hard-to-find quartz countertop and Tim and Karen hunted it down at a reasonable price from out of state. Tim and Bill met us with the fabricator to review all of the cuts and layout of the countertop design - making sure that it was perfect for us.

Tim or Bill stopped by the jobsite every day to take pictures, monitor progress, and check in with us on any questions.

We've had other contractors do work for us in the past. Hands down, Tim and team run this business the way that it should be. We can't say enough good things about our experience and Dynamic Renovations will be our only call for our next project.

The team, lead by Tim and his onsite managers Lee and Allen, did an excellent job in building a new garage to match our existing home. From site survey to pouring the foundation, to getting matching siding, stone, windows, and shutters, to getting the garage built in record time, Dynamic Renovations did a stellar job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a new build or a renovation of an existing structure. Tim answered all my questions, and came in under budget.

We worked with Dynamic Renovations replacing our front door to include framing and sidelights. I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and the help she gave me in choosing the door, privacy glass, color, and trim. It was like dealing with a small town company with the responsiveness etc. from her, Tim and Bill. We are thrilled with our front door and everyone that comes over says how gorgeous it is! We will def use them in the future for more projects.

Dynamic Renovations is excellent. We used them to replace our roof. When it was time to remodel our shower we didn’t hesitate to call them. They are trustworthy and do the job the way it should be done. The workers are great. When we needed our deck redone we called Dynamic Renovations again. The contractor that built our deck 15 years ago did a horrible job. Tim and his Dynamic Renovations team made it safe and something to be proud of. If we ever need any other work done we will call Dynamic Renovations.

We can't speak highly enough of Dynamic Renovations, Tim and the team were great to work with even during these trying COVID times, and we ended up with an amazing basement. We finished our basement last year and couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. We interviewed multiple companies and none compared to the professionalism or expertise of Dynamic Renovations. Tim, Karen and Lee were attentive and listened to all of our concerns from price to timeline to design. Dynamic Renovations went above and beyond to deliver us a beautiful basement, on budget and on schedule. They coordinated every detail of our job, making it easy and enjoyable.
