Spoke with rep, Blake, a good number of times . Signed a proposal, scheduled a work date, and was completely blown off with zero explanation or communication of any form. They did not respond to email or phone calls over multiple weeks??. Wildly unprofessional and lacking even primitive degrees of customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. Strange and Embarrassing way to conduct business.

We had our back porch roof removed and replaced. The Duartes Roofing team are BUDGET FRIENDLY, work efficiently, safely , quality work and quality materials. We highly recommend they're team

Duartes Roofing did an excellent, stellar job replacing my old roof. The work was done, thoroughly very professional, and they cleaned up the surrounding area around my home and they covered our landscaping. We are happy with the materials used. I’m sure this roof will be around for a long time. Remember you get what you pay for and I am totally satisfied with their work and the materials used. When the job was finished, it is as if they were never here other than the beautiful new roof. I highly recommend this company. We have been doing business with Kris Duarte with KBR Contracting for many years updating/projects on our home and, most recently, Duarte roofing.

Just for information other sites that hold reviews for Duarte Roofing are over 10 years old and outdated. These were before Kris took over the ownership of the Company.
