DT Roofing did an exceptional job on our major project, a three-story, 18 unit condo complex, with both slope/shingle and flat roofs. Both before and during the job, they were super communicative, met every commitment, totally professional. Their crew was uniformly good natured, right on time, and hard working. Nothing to criticize, and with roofing, that's an amazing statement.

I first heard about DT Roofing from my neighbor who David (the owner) replaced their residential roof. My neighbor was pleased so I went ahead and contacted DT Roofing. David is easy to work with, prices are competitive and fair (I received 4 other quotes which were higher with cheaper materials). I went ahead with a TPO commercial roof with DT Roofing, I was out of the country while the entire roof was being replaced and the communication was smooth. DT roofing made this process simple and easy. David is legit! he has city permits and inspection to make sure the roof is top notch quality. Not to mention has has warranty on his work!

This is a great service at amazing rates. David walked us through all of the issues we had with our roof, and provided thorough explanations for all of the repairs to be done.

David kept in communication with us before, during, and followed up promptly with photos of the excellent work his team did. They arrived on time and finished when they estimated.
