We recently got our roofs revamped. Before this, I asked for estimates from three roofing services in the Huntington Park area. One of these was comparable with the others at first look. What really struck me was when they told me we didn't need new gutters. This alone saved me 9k. Moreover, while the other estimates included additional costs for chimney flashings and vent flashings, this roofing company didn't charge me extra for any of them. When Trenton assured me there wouldn't be any hidden fees, he was speaking the truth. They provided me with a start date before the yearly rains hit and kept me updated on the schedule. They even finished the work 2 days ahead of time. An inspector came for a deck inspection and a final overview. The teams were incredibly courteous and made sure to clean up every day before they left. I must admit, our roof is now one of the best-looking ones on our street. It's simply stunning!!! Trenton and his team did a comprehensive and intricate job of removing the old roof and installing a new one on a rental property. The job also included installing attic insulation. It wasn't a simple task, but they managed to work around our tenant's particular work and sleep schedule. They finished the job ahead of time, causing as little disruption as possible. They even gave advice on the choice of shingles and trim colors. You would never guess that this isn't the original roof, it looks absolutely stunning! Throughout the entire process, Bryson was extremely communicative, walking us through what was to occur, managing our expectations, discussing options in an understandable and unbiased way, and consistently updating us on the project's progress. He presented us with options at various costs for our unique roof structure (a century-old farmhouse that had been expanded over time), including the advantages and disadvantages of each. He even went the extra mile and located the same shingles used on the renovated porch for a perfect match - despite them being a discontinued product that had to be shipped over from far away! We never felt pushed, and the price was reasonable and competitive. What we ended up paying was the exact amount quoted. The team was efficient, polite, and did an excellent job with the installation - even with our unconventional, very steep roof - and they cleaned up nicely. They're a top-notch group of guys! overall, i'd definitely suggest them and will be sure to give them a ring when we're ready to replace the siding on our house in Huntington Park! (Updated Review) As a collective, we successfully liaised with the insurance company and arranged for the complete replacement of my family's siding and gutters just before the winter season in Huntington Park. I appreciate how they follow up several months after completing the work to ensure we're still satisfied with the quality of service they've provided. There was a minor issue which turned out to be roof-related, but they still kindly came out and resolved it for us. I found this to be an excellent gesture! I would strongly recommend them for their outstanding work and excellent communication! (Review Update) I was assigned a new contact, Preston. We've maintained excellent and consistent dialogue with the insurance adjuster and myself... I finally feel like things are moving forward. (Latest Review Update) Up until this point, I believed the roofing team was doing a splendid job. I had been interacting with Trenton. However, I've had some difficulty communicating with Trenton, and getting my siding done is somewhat time-sensitive due to insurance constraints. I understand it's not their fault. I would have appreciated a quick update or a transfer to someone else (while he was unavailable). Regardless... The most unprofessional aspect of this situation is that Trenton promised to email me and my insurance adjuster with recent updates (as he explained over the phone) but we haven't received any communication from him about how to proceed with the siding match. It's a letdown how this situation has unfolded. However, I understand that family emergencies can occur, and I hope this company has protocols in place for such circumstances.
