Five stars isn't enough - I'd give these guys a 10 - WOW!! They were prompt, communicative, efficient and thorough. Dylen's quote for installing a mini-split was extremely fair and (amazingly) included the cost for the electrician (93 Electric - again, WOW! Josh was terrific!). The crew showed up when they said they would (including the electrician), working hard through the heat of the day, completing most of the job in one day. And they weren't sloppy, either! Everything was carefully installed, the jobsite picked up when they were done. Everyone was friendly and professional, and when the install was done, Dylen was patient in explaining how our unit worked and what we needed to know about maintenance. He even filed the warranty for us, and I know that if we ever have questions about our unit, he'll be available for us. How nice to meet a contractor with such a great work ethic and so pleasant to deal with! If you're looking for HVAC service, this is definitely the company you want to contact!!

We reached out to Dylen with the intentions of fixing the furnace in our crawl space and obtaining some quotes on AC options. We requested a variety of quotes and hashed out a few possible locations for a mini split with him before settling on a final install location. We are glad he was willing to take on a small residential project and did a wonderful job keeping us posted with any updates. I would genuinely recommend him and appreciate all the honest work he has helped us with so far!

DSB Construction, Dylen changed our Stove Hood Vent that blew back into our house to vent thru attic to the outside. He came across a few problems and came up with a great solution so it now is venting outside as it should. Dylen cares and takes the time that its right, We appreciated that he cared as much as we did......Would highly recommand him for stove venting and other speciality jobs he also does.

I highly recommend DSB Construction!!! Dylen showed up and followed through with everything he promised!!! His work was professional, meticulous and efficient!!! He was very kind in reworking his schedule so that he could meet with my roofers to let them know what would be happening with the ductwork coming out of the roof!!! I’m incredibly happy with his work!!!!

Dylen was 1 of 3 HVAC professionals I requested a quote from for the installation of my mini-split. Though his quote came back the highest of the three, I chose to work with him given appreciating his personality and professionalism. I never regretted the decision. He not only installed my mini-split, but came to the aid of a couple of my clients who had furnace problems during the harsh cold snap we had over the winter. For both jobs, Dylen made himself readily available, was very responsive in all communication, and thorough with his work. I would gladly work with him again.
