Less than perfect. Scratches in new trim. Can you imagine looking at these red scratches everyday after paying so much? Charged $5,000 extra for trim he bid improperly. Job took two months instead of three weeks. Had to Hired another person to fix stained siding, and do soffit and facia.
Roofing crew he subcontracted was amazing, and did the job in a day. Nightmare job, at least it’s done.
$70,000 total, new siding, roof, decking and rails. The rails are not installed properly, they cut down 4x4 posts so they are only attached by 1x1. Top rails are not finish quality and needed treatment, they are all cracked and knotted. Price Includes the other people we had finish and fix the job $5,000. Again his referral for a gutter and trim guy was amazing. Otherwise I would be talking to a lawyer instead of just a mediocre review.
Contractors are in such high demand, or I wouldn’t bother with the review. Friendly guys, and I didn’t want to hurt their business. People should be able to find out what they are getting into by doing a little internet search. Here it is.
