Great, polite service. Never disappointing. The women at the service desk were prompt and very knowledgeable to guide me to find what I needed.

Prices are higher than home Depot first of all and it takes too long.
My experience at Doug Ashley is
1.Stand in line to get material code
2.Stand in line to pay for it
3.Bring paper to gate
4.Drive car in warehouse
5.Wait in car (5 mins)
6.Wait for helpers to load car
7.Bring paper back to gate
8. Finally you can leave

Too many things to do for 1 bag of cement in my opinion

This is one of those very few remaing places where, if you don't know what it is that you are looking for, they can tell you. But they can also give you a pretty good idea of how to use it or how to put it to use. They also do this without making you feel stupid. They are nice folks...so be sure to be nice back now!

Loading me up as we speak... the prices are competitive and you can roll in with your trailer so that you don’t have to load everything twice like at Lowe’s or Home Depot! They even offered to pull it and band it for me.
