I have duplex house build 1940s which located historical aria has Spanish tiles and flat roof.

I been has issues of leaking which could not find where come from it. 2F does not has issues but down stairs was. I tried fix a decoration balcony, window seals and any suspicious location to touch up.

Now I have confidence to living this beautiful house. And I been suspicious of under roof tiles foundations, sure is had many termites problems and there were not any insulation.

Also her crew member are efficient and speedy. Now talk about flat roof they did detail works I have many vents and a Sun roof so they up graded some need change and seal well. And use high graded materials to protect the roof for long times.

Even neighborh stop by to give me a confidence and how reliable people they are. Everyday of work done they clean up around houses and walkways where my house is comer so many people walking.

Last things to say as a house owner we need those kind of trustworthy people which hard to find but I found one!

Lesvia and her team worked on my new roof replacement last year (2024) That was the year the rain was huge and crazy in LA.
