In a climate of skyrocketing costs and flakey contractors, Ryan is a breath of fresh air. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor: Honest, kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. This is our second home that Ryan has worked on for us with and we trust him implicitly. We are thankful that he has pride in doing things correctly and not price gouging in the current Boise climate. We have had very bad experiences with contractors not showing up, doing the job half way, refusing to return calls. He takes the time to do things correctly and also reviews the work of any contractors he brings in. I would recommend him to anyone and consider yourself lucky if you are able to work with him.

He was very thorough, professional and his knowledge of the ventilation and roofing system on my house saved me money as more expensive repairs weren't needed. Ryan and his brother were able to take care of a very serious roof leak at a most inopportune time of weather, season and on our time frame not theirs. They bent over backwards to help us even when they were booked with other work. In addition to above and beyond service, Ryan tried to get away with not charging us for the work and even after making him take payment for the work, it was at a greatly undervalued amount.

Great people! Great work! Dokime Construction is truly a pleasure to work with. I recently bought a property consisting of 1 house, 2 duplexes and 3 triplexes, all in bad need of new roofs. One unit was so bad it also needed new sheathing, and several units needed bathroom vent ducting through the roofs. Ryan Parkin bid the work promptly and competitively, and made me aware of all issues needing attention (such as areas of water damage and the many gutters and downspouts that were clogged with debris, sagging and damaged). Then he and his brother Travis and their crew performed all work in a very professional and timely manner, with great attention to detail and consideration for our Residents. They even repainted all the new and old vents to match so the completed work looks fantastic. And they cleaned up after themselves! There were no old shingles or nails left lying in the bushes, beds or lawns – no trash, nothing.
