The DPS Operations Manager and our Project Manager were very involved from planning through execution of our roofing repair project. In addition to the Project Manager's contributions, the onsite work force included a capable and attentive supervisor. Every process was explained and the project results were clearly documented and reviewed with us.

Im very happy with the work DPS did on my home. They are a very professional company. Starting with the call to Stephanie. I met with Josh who gave me a fair estimate. Matt was the project manager, and assisted me all the way.Great company I will be using them on any home repairs that I may need in the future.

The DPS team does a great job. Their communication and management of our project was top notch, as was the work.

Thank god for DPS! I was really stressed when our refrigerator water line leaked, damaged the floors in the kitchen, and the ceiling in the basement was also messed up. Our insurance company referred us to DPS. They repaired and/or replaced the kitchen cabinets, kitchen floor, and basement ceiling -- a pretty big job! The DPS team was fantastic during the entire process. From the initial estimate to job completion, they were prompt, communication was great, and they did a great job putting my kitchen back together! Hopefully we won't have any more house repair issues, but if we do, I will be happy to work with DPS again.

DPS renovated our kitchen after we had some water damage and our insurance company linked us to them. On the positive side, everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They did good work and we like the outcome of the kitchen. Robert (our PM) did a very good job communicated during the rebuild process. On the not so positive side, DPS was slow to get us quotes for different aspects of the renovation (ie Cabinets, floors) and they were expensive for additional work we asked them to quote. We ended up contracting separately for those items and saved ~50%. Also, we had a couple hiccups with them during the construction phase that delayed the work for a few weeks which when you don't have a kitchen is frustrating. We ultimately got them resolved.

I was blown away at the timeliness and quality of work. Project manager Sherry literally pulled off a miracle in getting her amazing workers out to fix my exterior and interior repairs in an extremely limited time window as I had a new family moving into my home. PLUS I was able to install flooring outside the scope of my insurance claim in the same timeframe at a reasonable cost. I cannot say enough good words about DPS, Sherry and her team!

Sean, Sherry, Carroll and Mario were all great to work with. They responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing our damaged drywall. They (Carroll and Mario) also repainted a room that required a special technique and they did such a nice job that you cannot tell anything was ever damaged.

Sherry and her crew, led by Leonard, did a fabulous job on my house. They were so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Sherry helped me make great choices and arranged for all the pieces to come together effortlessly. Thanks DPS!

Right before the holidays, our neighbor's hot water heater pipe burst and completely flooded our basement from wall to wall. We were completely devastated. As soon as DPS got the call, they reached out to us and we immediately scheduled a meeting to get started on the repairs. Sherry was absolutely amazing in managing our project - she was responsive, understanding, and was always available (even while out of the country for the holidays). The team who did the floors were fast and efficient and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention the teams who came in and did the painting, dry wall, and rebuild of our bar. We were able to get these repairs done right before New Year's weekend. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

We had a fantastic experience with DPS. From the beginning they were timely and very thorough with their quote (Mike was awesome!) and plans to finish the unfinished space in our basement. Throughout the entire process Sherry kept us informed and everything was finished on target and professionally. We love the new space we have gained and will certainly use DPS again!

Ryan and his team did an excellent job. Great painting, cleaned up, no spills or damage. I would give them an A+. I would recommend DPS and just ask for Ryan and you should get as great a job as I got.

Wow, just wow! This company & Sean Kelly were the reasons my insurance company had to increase their claim settlement to us! He provided a lot more damage to roof that they had claimed. Thorough and to the point is what we received! Estimate was thorough and detailed pictures of damage were the key! Job crew was on time, finished before estimate & total clean-up afterwards. You will be thoroughly pleased with their work. They are the best!!

DPS was amazing. They were very friendly, had quick responses, and did everything they could to fix our home as fast as possible. We, initially, thought we would get the garage fixed in 2 months due to supply chain issues but DPS worked hard to find a creative solution to have the door fixed in days.

Absolutely the worst service ever employees arrive late and leave trash along with no cleanup. Had a half of gallon of paint spilled on my staircase and uneven painted lines around the borders. Contractors were very unprofessional and never responded by in a timely manner to get jobs or estimates done. Stay away from DPS!!!

Mike Muller and his team are a group of professionals. They did amazing work at my house and I cannot be happier. I highly recommend them and will consider him for my future projects!
