I hired Discount to do the roofs on 2 homes this year. Once on my old home and once on the home we just bought. Abdul, Hector, and their crew were amazing both times. Super fast work, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was very fair and competive. Lifetime warranty on the work and the roofs look great. They were amazing. They gave us an estimate.. actually went on the roof to check everything. We also had installation put in the attic. I am all about customer service and being timely and they exceeded my expectations. Our roof was done in April, it was so quick and efficient since we have a smaller house. They cleaned everything up really well, we haven't found any nails or parts. It looks like a new house we couldn't be happier.

The owner came out to look at the job and give me a bid. He was genial and there was no sales pitch. Good price and a one page large print contract. The crew seemed skilled and careful. The owner handled issues that arose promptly and fairly. Would recommend.

We called Discount Roofing shortly before Christmas to have a complete tear off and new shingles installed. We knew our roof had some issues, but we weren't prepared for the extent of the damage that years of neglect and sitting vacant had caused. Our roof was a wreck. Some spots had so much wood rot the shingles were only held up by other shingles and each skylight was so rotted it was a wonder they hadn't blown off completely in the storms we had. They worked with us to find a solution to replace the roof ... 78 sheets of wood, skylights and all, but not break the budget. His crew was fast and efficient, cleanup was fantastic. Our roof and new skylights are beautiful. We are so pleased with Discount Roofing. I recommend them highly.

I hired Discount Roofing to replace an almost flat built up roof. They tore off two layers of roofing, hauled it away and replaced with a new roof. They handled all of the permits and the dreaded Historic District Commission in Ypsilanti. The work was done professionally and the price was very fair. The owner called me personally and always took my phone calls. I would hire him again for any roofing needs.
