We came home from vacation and found our house destroyed from water damage due to ice damming on our roof. Couldn't find a restoration that would respond to West Yellowstone anywhere in MT. Thankfully, I called Brooke of Disaster Restoration of Ashton. They came to my house right away, assessed the damage, and went straight to work. Disaster Restoration, dried my house out, remediated mold that was found, installed a new roof with extra ventilation, and put my house back together better than new. Brooke also fought for us when our insurance company was being difficult. Thanks Brooke to you and your crew, for all the hard work, you're Awesome!

I have used the services of Disaster Restoration twice. Brook and the restoration team were amazing to work with. I received daily progress messages from them about what they were working on each day. They would send pictures and if there were decisions to be made or questions they always reached out through a telephone call. Brook was an amazing advocate for me to work with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Disaster Restoration for your unfortunate disasters.

Disaster restoration came in and did a great job in my crawlspace And the back main wall of my house. They were very good to communicate what was going on and how long it was going to take. They helped me make the accommodations that I needed while my house was under construction. Brooke was the extra mile is helping me out and helping me understand how everything works. She updated me on a daily basis and sent me pictures. I would use them again.! But hopefully I don’t need to.

I called Disaster Restoration of Ashton when I noticed mold on the ceiling of my cabin in Island Park. It was caused by snow sliding on the roof taking off the vent pipe. We met at the cabin, Brooke walked through the process and I okayed the work of exposing and removing the mold. Once that was don’t their restoration team replaced the tong and groove ceiling including matching the stain. They repaired the roof and replace the steel. As I became more confident with their work I asked for bids on several other projects. They replaced damaged wood railings on the deck. The built a deck on the north side of the house where there was not a deck. Then they stained all of the external wood. The house was clean, the work looks great. All this work was done in a timely manner, weather was one of the biggest delay factors.

We are so happy with Disaster Restoration with cleaning up after a fire we had. All the work; replacing drywall and matching stucco, replacing windows and lightfixure. Replacing cabinets, calling out contractors to do various repairs, painting, and cleaning was top notch! I could go on. The management , office personal and techs were professional and so courteous. They showed respect to us and our belongings. I don't have one bad comment to make. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with fire damage as we did. Carrie V in Ashton.

Could not ask for a better company to fix my water damage kept me up to date on everything and was very courteous about everything and did a good job and Brooke get me informed all the time
